As I said before…. Its an absolute tragic shame that the kid, your sibling, couldn't be F&*^ing happy with his share, 5 million dollars ... The God Damn Greed of some people ...
I got no idea what our business is worth, lets say, for arguments sake, 16 million, because we got around 6.5 million in stock alone ... Then take into account good will, creditors, debtors, cars, trucks, forklifts, furniture, computers, etc etc etc ... Business has been operating for 50+ years ... Then we got the property that the business is operating out of, which is 100% worth 32 million, i know this because we got an offer from a guy that has been wanting to buy for the last 6 years ... In the last 6 years, he has offered to buy 3 times, obviously each time the price has gone up and up and up ... The first offer was for 17 million ...
All i want to do is retire, put these 4 or 5 investments i got in mind, in place for myself, my wife and my 2 daughters, and spend the remaining 15 odd years that i got left, in peace and happiness ... But am being handcuffed mainly by my F&^%ing brother, who wants to continue working ... I told him and my 2 sisters to buy me out, and move the business to a smaller premises, because this premises is way to big for the companies size as it is today. This way they can continue working, they buy me out, we sell the property, and I'm out of everyone's hair, and they are out of mine ... Its that simple ... But no ... He has to make it hard ... The God Damn Cockroach ...
If all this shit goes through court, we will end up giving 70% of it to the damn lawyers !!! FFS ...

The court battle went for 5-6 years… and over that time folks that knew the truth began to side with us.. so holiday seasons began to get stressed… as in if she’s gonna be there then some relatives would not… and over the course of 5-6 years… it is all ruined… everyone is tired of it… and retreated to their respectful and safer corners so to speak…. They just don’t want to hear it anymore……… I hope this doesn’t happen to you… I actually lost respect for those that would not support us… and just chose to stop attending family functions…. Next one I hope to attend would be the thief’s funeral…. Rooting for that one ….
