I've never seen a betting slip for $25k.  Please do share.  Especially with all the commentary lately about sportsbooks not taking large wagers these days.

Guys who bet those amounts are definitely not on covers telling everyone about how much they're betting. This guy's obviously looking for some attention. It's pretty sad really

This topic comes up regularly and always amuses me...

I personally have made several $10k wagers over the years...I have friends who have made $25k wagers with locals and in Vegas over the years..

And, yes, they have posted on Covers...

I would like to think that most on Covers would not fall for the fallacy that people who make big bets don't post on Covers...but its always amusing when they do...

They will take any amount your big enough to carry in. BOL raised its cyrpto payout to a 100 thosand a week.

I use a local book in Pennsylvania and never had an issue largest bet I’ve placed was 50k

It is sad if he's doing it for attention like the other poster mentioned above.

I've been reading that books won't take wagers from winners, so while they may xfer that much it would never happen.  What's your thoughts on that?

I've made a few five figure wagers myself, and it never crossed my mind to tell everyone on a website when I did. I guess if you're the type that posts all your bet amounts, that's one thing. But I'd be willing to bet that the original poster does not do that

My thoughts on that is they love high rollers the juice alone on that is 2,500. The books aint worried about no winners. The sports books make plenty or they wouldnt be popping up everywhere. The female ceo of bet 365 bought her online business on ebay in 2000 for 25k and started booking online. This year she became one of the highest paid ceos in america. Her family had bookie parlors but she was doing the online booking herself.  Its a business.
