This topic comes up regularly and always amuses me...I personally have made several $10k wagers over the years...I have friends who have made $25k wagers with locals and in Vegas over the years..And, yes, they have posted on Covers...I would like to think that most on Covers would not fall for the fallacy that people who make big bets don't post on Covers...but its always amusing when they do...
my smallest bets are 5k. I regularly have 15k up cause I'll take -300 favs ML. It's worked for me over the years everyone has their own strat/plan. I think ppl that put up alot of $ choose not to say mostly because we want to avoid any "fixes" or superstitious crap. My own opinion
