Bang have you looked at iowa and nwestrn.I see a pissed off iowa squad after lasts wks close loss at pitt goin against a so so nwestern team that may or may not have tyrelle sutton.Iowa can be a tough place to play ecspecially if they get the lead early.Ur thoughts wld be greatly appreciated!

nohouse- have you seen oregon st. play? have you seen usc play? these teams arent even on the same playing field. when oregon st beat them they had a much better team and usc was not at the same level of domination that they are now at. USC will want to make a statement, like you said it is nationally televised on a weeknight, everone will be watching. it will look like usc is playing a h.s. team imo gl though

rexiv- yeah i have followed that line movement. while i am obviously happy to have gotten it at 23.5 as soon as the lines came out, i would wait it out and see if it drops at all, if you have an opportunity to buy it down half a point to 24 i would do it, otherwise take it at 25. first halfs can be tricky from my experience, for one in this case, the home team will have their best effort in the beggining of the game before they are out of it. 2nd halfs are what i really like to bet, especially in the NBA! but honestly, i prefer to pick the better team that i think will be giving the most effort for the entire game. no team ever tried to win the half....

knome- i wouldnt play this game but i like your reasoning. i havent seen anything yet from that iowa team however this year that would allow me to invest my hard earned dollars in their prosperity haha gl to you though

reydog- too many plays imo. i like purdue, wake, auburn, and troy osu over. i dont like penn state (not saying i like illionois, thats just a lot of points)

well i went ahead and answered all of those now but feel free to leave me as many questions as you have. i will answer them asap. and i work 3rd shift so i will be bored all night haha. give me something to do, all im doing is thinking about all the games anyway haha.

my thoughts exactly... this is why i rarely bet first halves... if i do bet a first half its only to split a bet on a team i already bet for the game...

in this case... USC could be winning 10-6 at halftime and still win the game 52-6... just bet the game and then you don't have to worry about when USC piles up all of their points...

irish- yeah i would lean towards smu but i dont feel strong enough to play it. if you really want to do a parlay i would pick the best 3-4 games of the weekend and do a small parlay on it, but do almost all straight bets.slow and steady wins the race. its hard, i catch myself wanting to make more faster but then i realize my average bet size now is bigger than my initial deposit this season.
