so heres the deal.. I have some close friends in vegas. One of my buddies who tails my picks was telling his friend (a prominent capper in vegas) about my recent success. He told him he thought I had potential working in casinos or online as a part of a handicapping service. His friend responded by saying I need 500 documented picks that have to amount to 55% or above. My threads have yielded a total record of 49-13 (no bullshits, go back and look for yourself. From today forward we track daily progress day by day. This is a huge goal of mine and I hope to reach this feat by the end of the 2011 superbowl. Wish me luck.

BTW, if you're looking for positive reinforcement, there aren't many who are going to say "hey man, it's awesome that you aspire to be a tout".

its a 5 mile run and I'm a little over a half a mile deep. Got a running start... dont expect to keep the pace, do expect to reach my goal... been at it a long time, just never posted my picks. My knowledge and my betting techniques gain strength every week. I hardly ever get blown out. I'm excited about this... nothing but positivity in this thread... Im treating this very seriously.

I'll give anyone who has followed me from the beginning my personal number and I will text them my picks without charge. I'm a nice guy... I'm just very ambitious and I wanna reach a broader network of people

Since you are so honest, how do you grade a -140 play because you bought 2.5 points?

Sounds like you already have tout training - posting a WL record when most of your plays either buy points or you post unattainable lines.

As a loyal customer of yours, with your personal number - how do you explain that one?

anyone who says they bet for the sake of betting well... there not a winner. Betting is a great past time, if you dont have a love for the money, youll never be successful in this industry.

check your line history's my friend. If you listen to my advice the days its posted youll see that the line was where I said it was... not only that if you arent insuring with a hook on a 3 point or a 7 point spread your not a smart handicapper.

I never buy more than a point because my book doesnt allow me to...

YOU posted BC +10 -140.

How do you just put that in to a WL record?  Isnt losing a -140 game worse than losing a -110 game?

And I thought all touts in training were honest....

I cant tell you how many times I've won a 3 point line with buying of a half a point of pushing a 2.5 line because I was smart enough to insure.... I.E. Steelers/Ravens today

And keep buying points.

its was a LOSS because they lost by 11 so its a moot point.. stupid.

been doing it for a number of years.. I'm still around... my first bet was a 20 dollar parlay because it was all i had.... I know make 10 unit plays regularly...

if your a loser and you buy points its a problem (i.e you) If you win you never have to pay a vig lol.

If all you do is pick -140 games because you buy points, do you think that a 55% record doing that is the same as a guy who picks 55% at -110?

You post plays at -140, but you keep a WL record.  That is misleading.  I dont think you will understand this, but as a tout in training - maybe you should.

Where were you getting BC +9?  Never saw that at all.........

West: There are people who will give you the benefit of the doubt, and those who won't. I am. But I'm saying, whether you did it now or later, there are very few people who are respected in the industry, for good reason.

It provides obvious incentive to turn otherwise good people seedy. If you're truly a 55% capper your picks are worth playing--**THAT IS, 55% WITHOUT BUYING POINTS**, which you have, repeatedly (also understanding that you're hitting at a much higher (but completely unrealistic) rate). If you can't honestly hit 55% ATS without buying points, your service isn't of any value to anyone. But there's a hell of a lot of incentive to obscure that message in 37 different systems (9-2 last 11 "club plays"!) or otherwise not post complete and accurate records once you are in the business. This business has a terrible reputation for a reason, and as much as they would like to say that boiler-room operations effectively ended with the proliferation of the internet, they haven't. The scams just changed form.

This is why a lot of good cappers who want to be able to look at themselves in the mirror at the end of the day don't become touts.  It's not that they don't get a lot of offers to go tout. They just don't want to have to answer that question every day. If they're consistent winning cappers (the only way you should want to give your picks to anyone else, paid or not) *you will* build your roll and live comfortably on that income. That's what it comes down to.

haha okay man.... I wont count anything more than a .5 pount buy. I do that regularly for insurance. Many times it wont matter... Its a strategy. BC was an irregular play for me you wont see that often sideshow bob
