Michigan State is coming off of a bye week after beating Ohio State AT Ohio State. Sure the Buckeyes are not the same ole' Buckeyes, but coming out of Columbus with a win anytime is impressive.
Michigan has dominated the final score except the miracle comeback against Notre Dame at home. Last week Michigan was down 24-14 at half to Northwestern and didn't take the lead until 2:58 of the 3rd. They did shut Northwestern out the 2H.
We all understand that Michigan has a very good offense but Michigan State as their SR. QB Cousins that will do just fine at home today.
Denard Robinson's INT's are a concern. MSU picked Robinson 3 times last year at Michigan and only allowed 2 of 11 3rd down conversions.
DEFENSE is where Big 10 games are won this time of year and will be the difference today.
Michigan State Defense is #3 against the run, #2 passing defense, #2 passing efficency and #1 in total defense in the Nation. Add to that they are #29 in turnover margin, #21 in sacks, and #26 in tackles for a loss (important to continue against Robinson).
Michigan Defense is #108 tackles for a loss, #74 sacks (not alot of pressure), #58 in rushing defense and #39 in passing defense.
The game plan is simple for MSU "contain Denard" and minimize his big plays and make him throw which will cause turnovers.

You said it all. I am a huge Michigan fan, but am also on MSU -2.5. The Spartan D will be too much for D-Rob. He will throw a couple of crucial picks in this one. Nice play. Good luck! I hope we are both wrong, but I don't think so!

BOL. Very few people have the ability bet against their team as they are usually a little too close to the situation. I will bet against Iowa when I really feel it's about the money but sometimes my heart gets in the way.
