5Dimes Down Again

They still owe me 57 bucks from last thurs morning after ws when site went down.. was moving money from casino to the book when it crashed..shows winnings approved but doesn't show up at the sportsbook ...2 online chats...never got back to me about it...I'm just going to get my money out of there ..find somewhere else..us players at their mercy...

5 Dimes is great paying never any problem,  the site goes down sometimes that's only complaint

I like 5Dimes too. But I don't understand people's frustrations when the site goes down on game day. Hopefully it is back up before the next block of games start. No issues paying out ever in my 10 years of being a customer.

I agree with both of your posts.  Yes, it's frustrating, but, you know, stuff happens.  I'm sure they'd be happy to take lots of idiot money today, if they could.

Either change books or deal with it but quit posting this mess. Tons of books out there to take your fades.  Look around.

Ive taken 3 payouts in the last 2 weeks so no complaints there....but the problem I have could be solved in 10 seconds it is so obvious...but seems they cant or wont deal with it,,maybe a phone call will do it,,,,they could be overwhelmed because of increase traffic with bitcoin users

Completely agree, mostly a good book, but this site going down issue is annoying and it isn’t like this is a once in a while thing, been with them for pushing 10 years maybe longer and this has been an issue for all of those years. I understand garbage happens but to have the same problems year in and year out is insanity. Diagnosis the problem and fix it for people sake!

One thread about one of the bigger offshore books going down on a free forum doesn’t seem like overkill.... take a breath, turn off your computer and go yell at the kids outside to stay off your lawn

I am assuming the6 can’t take bets via the phone b/c I am guessing they are having server issues..... anyone know if you can place bets by calling them?

This is why you want to have more than one book.

Well that....and the fact that 5 Dimes apparently was involved in funding some of the kickbacks in the Clinton Uranium One scandal

When there is an entire section for sports book info that you can post its ignorant to post it in the football forum. Who cares your book is down. Saves you money from getting destroyed anyways.

Haha and there is going to be another one as soon as they get back up....I always left a balance in there..but this is just too much worrying about your money..,,do they every apologize the iconveniences or let you know they are dedicated to their customers?....I mean they stole 57.00 from me...so they lose me, that is that..
