I wouldn't be surprised. When the game total is at 70, Over 14.5 for the 1Q is good value @ +125

Well I'll have to say...I haven't heard the "THIS ONE CAN'T POSSIBLY LOSE" angle.  Hope it works better than the:

1. LOCK
2. THANK ME LATER
3. EASY MONEY
4. GUARANTEED
5. TAKE IT TO THE BANK
6. IT' ILL BE ROMP

It's got to make you think why they would set the 1st quarter line so low when the total is at 70

I have yet to see someone win a bet after advertising the play as an 'easy' winner or a 'definite' winner or a "this one cannot lose" comment, etc., etc., etc.

Grow up & get a fucking grip for crying out loud! I mean if you think your play is a winner, then leave it at that and shut the fuck up. If it's going to come in, it'll do so without the fucking publicity stunt act preceding the play!!!!
