Why not just take Nebraska -3?  I just read a series of posts by you saying to take the favorite in a blowout or the dog SU.  Now you're essentially buying off the 3 points and taking the moneyline?  Seems quite hypocritical to me.  None the less....GL on your plays.

scrappyb - And i also said otherwise.

Some games are meant to be tight. If the line in the UNC/Pitt game remained at Pitt -3, you can betcha that i would've played Pittsburgh on the Moneyline for more than one or two good reasons.

One, i like Pitt to win but not blow-out UNC's tough defense.

Two, Wannstedt will do whatever it takes to win the game by just 1 or 2 points; ie, playing for field-goals instead of touchdowns.

I expect a tight game between Nebraska & Arizona. Thus i'm not shy about laying the wood to avoid some drama.

Just because more than 90% of the Bowls gams thus far haven't had one where the spread haven't mattered doesn't mean i should ignore the possibility of a few games that might come down to a deciding FG.

cgduch01 - After doing this for almost a year now, its safe to say that the ratings are only 50% correct. Which makes me just a 50% handicapper overall which is fine by me.

Its also color-coded.

WARM COLORS = bad luck in general

So, what do you have to say about Zac Lee today?

And would you still put a bet on Arizona if you knew in advance that Nick Foles & the Wildcats would suck in their Bowl game?
