I dont care if the line is 16..Love Bama to route Mich by 20+..Bama is going to run the ball right down their throat..This is 1 of the best offensive lines maybe in Cfb history.Bama s D will take a step back from last yr,but still will be top12 Defense,Bama 42-13

I dont think Michigan stands a chance. This could be much like the game State played against Bama in the outback 2 years ago and get ugly quickly. The diffrence here will be that Saban is not going to shut off the faucet once up big. Michigan is outmatched in every facet of this game. Hoke still has not made a decision on weather or not TousSAINT will play and i think thats a dsitraction. Michigan is in BIG rouble. Id lay 17 points on Bama. 49-17

This game is hard IMO. How do you cap it with as many unknowns as there are in this game, in comparison to so many others. Up in the air with Toussaint and Roundtree still. Hightower, Barron, Kirkpatrick, Upshaw, and Menzie all went pro from the D for Bama. No more Richardson. No more Maize or Smelley to throw to. Yeah, Saban does great recruiting and having guys to fill in, but his defense isn't simple. These guys never played together. Could it take time to get some continuety? Idk, maybe not. Could Lacey total over 2000 total yards and 24 TD's like Richardson did? Maybe? All it could take is 1 or 2 missed assignments by Bama and there's 14 points on the board. Just playing devil's advocate. I don't have a side.

This is bloodbath city, maybe a lil biased coming from a huge Bama fan. But honestly I believe everyone will see how helpless Mich's D-Line is on Bama's first drive, when we run it straight down Mich's throat will lil to no resistance...

Saying Bame would blow Michigan out like they would do to Oregon is not showing Michigan justice. Maybe it would if this was Rich Rodriguez's Michigan...but it isn't...it's Brady Hoak's Michigan, and 'This is Michigan'...they are nothing like Oregon...they run a pro style offense, and a pro style defense...hell they have a former pro coach as their defensive coordinator.
In my opinion, they have improved over last season more than Bama...enough to win the game...maybe, but taking the points here i sthe smart side and don't be surprised to see a maize in blue victory...I'll say it again...finally 'This IS Michigan Football'...

Another thing that all you blood bathers aren't taking into consideration is pressure...most expect Bama to win, a lot expect a blowout. They are the national champions and have all the pressure of trying to be as good as last year and hopefully win another championship...Michigan is the underdog and expected to lose...they have no pressure at all...again I say the points are the smart play here!

And if Michael Jordan couldn't jump he wouldn't be a good basketball player, if Justin Verlander couldn't throw hard he wouldn't be a good pitcher. WTF does this mean?
It means that if Bama's fast defense, prevents Robinson from being able to scramble around at will and he is forced to rely on only his arm as a weapon, than he becomes a very average to below average QB.

Not showing Michigan justice? Uhhh...It is almost disrespectful to Oregon to compare Michigan to them. Michigan fans wish they could have had the Oregon program over the last 5 seasons.
The comparison was made to Oregon because they have had similar QBs to Robinson over the past number of years, and Michigan's offense goes as Robinson goes. If Bama's defense nullifies Robinson's speed, and he is forced to rely on throwing the ball, how will Michigan move the ball on offense?
I think that has bloodbath potential written all over it. If Bama can't nullify his speed, I think this will be a super competitive game.

Missing my point exactly...yes Oregon was better than the Rich Rodriguez's form of offense for Michigan...but Oregon is not better than Hoke's version of Michigan Offense...Simply stating that you were saying Bama would blowout Michigan because their offense is similar to Oregon's which under Hoke couldn't be farther from the truth...
I agree with you that if Bama can neutralize Robinson things could get ugly...but they won't because it won't happen...Bama way different and younger on defense this year...
The real comparison that should be made in this game is which offense is going to have more success against which defense...and people are acting like the defences are the same as last year which is not true...I like the way Michigan's offense matches up with Bama better than Bama's offense matches up with Michigan...I might be in the minority here but I see Michigan's defense better overall than last year and Bama's defense worse than last year...
Good game and Bama looks to win, but not in a bloodbath...

Enough with saying I am comparing Michigan's offense to Oregon's. I am comparing their QBs. Speedy QBs who rely on running just as much as passing.
You insist that they keep this game close because of Hoke. I could argue that Michigan's turnaround could have been affected more by their schedule rather than by their new coach.
Michigan played a soft schedule - (only 2 ranked teams and they lost 1 of them.) They avoided Wisky and only played 4 road games. Michigan has only seen 2 SEC defenses in the last 5 years, both in bowl games.
The more I keep pondering this, the more I believe that Bama is going to neutralize Robinson. In fact, I think the whole Michigan team could be fools gold this season.

Rikdizzy, Avoided wisconsin? Have you seen the number of times wisconsin has beat michigan in past two decades? Michigan avoiding anyone in the big ten is absolutely obsurd! You are an idiot! Lets avoid wisonsin to play bama! Wow dizzy by the way if you new anything you would know this not playing wisky for two years was decided awhile back! You are ignorant!
One more thing the poster who said big ten does well against sec is right! Except for osu! That is fact again anyone with a brain knows that!
Does anyone know ohio states record versus big 12? Alot to alittle it happens!
Does anyone know michigan versus sec all time even wihthout vandy? Hmmmmmm
Bama o line is the greatest thing what a deep deep observation!

Where did I say the game would be close because of Hoke...you know how to read just not comprehend...
I said the game would be close because the teams are more equal than last year...Bama not quite as good and Michigan just as good or better...
Also I said the game would be close because I like the way Michigan's offense stacks up against Bama's defense better than Bama's offense against Michigan's...
The only thing I said about Hoke is that he is old school and has brought back Real Michigan Football again...
Reading is not enough...comprehension is everything...

Wow sensitive much about how Michigan schedules. The Big 10 sets the conference schedule, avoiding Wisky last year had nothing to with Michigan dodging someone, that is just the way the schedule worked out...but that was to Michigan's benefit because Wisky was a good team. That was my only point.

They run a spread some...but not most of the time...come on you don't see three four receivers and no tight end in there very much
Denard was in the gun about 65% of the time in the OOC.. Borges then realized that's not going to work and by the time OSU/VT games rolled around, they were in the gun 90% of plays
It's a spread offense with occasion under center snaps

Explain this quote then. It sounds like you are saying Bama won't blow out Michigan because of Hoke...and the offense that Hoke has installed.

You may be right there...but I still think it's more towards the middle...I didn't get to see a lot of their games in the second half last year and also missed their bowl game...I did see a repeat of most of their bowl game, and Virginia Tech did a pretty good job containing him and they did win that game...however if Bama contains him, they will not win case closed
