rikdizzzy...the coach puts in a system, the players still have to perform it...so yes it's a little of both...

In your earlier post you were saying I said it would be close just because of Hoke...it's partly because of Hoke and his different system...but it's just as important to have players that can perform well under said system...and now they have had another year to adjust to said system...

If any other college team had only 5 starters  returning  from their defense, has an unproven tailback replacing a #1 draft choice on whose back the offense rode, and moves their best offensive lineman to C, they would not be touted as a National Championship contender.

Alabama's pre-season hype is solely based on their name brand and the conference they represent. Michigan will be able to score enough points to ensure this game will be competitive entering the 4th quarter. 14 points is way too many to give a team whose QB is among the top 10 in the country.

An in game thread should certainly be started, I don't know that i would be in front of a computer to comment, but I am sure it would be entertaining no matter the outcome of the game.

Gosh, none of you Michigan backers came back in here.  What a surprise.

It was like I called your first born ugly prior to the game.  But when you received her glamor shots in the mail, you went and hid in a cave.

Bama rolled and everyone who picked them deserves credit...

However, something to think about...you Denard Robinson bashers...Denard put up more all purpose yards against Bama then anyone since Cam Newton in 2010...he didn't have a good game...but this shows no QB really has a good game against the Bama D...
