Wow shocker play here! This was a no play for me,but now w NU  defence being what it is I'm looks at NU and under!! McCallan and stoag for me good luck to us!

Pellini's style of defense created mismatches in favor of NW, that no longer exists.  The Huskers have been decimated by injuries on defense for most of the year, but that has created depth and they get a bunch of guys back this week.  The offense is averaging over 5 yds a clip, 3rd best run d in the big 10.  Langsdorf just called his best game of the season, Tommy went back to basics, T.Newby finally running hard to keep his job, Janovich with 7 touches a game at fb is miserable to game plan for, Pierson El healthier every day,use of the TE and they are honoring the 95 Cornhuskers this weekend...that place will be rocking!  

With a new coaching staff the first thing that comes is trust, which is followed by confidence.  The confidence is beginning to show.  Good luck this weekend.

Thanks.  I respect your opinion as well, that's why I made this a no play. I would never bet on NW though at this time.

But better safe than sorry, Nebraska is known for blowing close games. Also the +2.5 on teasers here in vegas is always a bad bet.

Especially the early 9 o clock games.....

I hope NW wins this outright

Oh sh1t...take that back lol I forgot I do have Nebraska on a small $2 teaser to win $3000

They say teasers are sucker bets. Couldn't disagree more, if you know how to bet them. Betting $2 to win $3000 is an awesome return for one ticket. (Even though you have to win 20 teams)

It's not too hard to win a 20 team teaser. It's a good challenge...but far from impossible.

Tailed NW the last two weeks as Dogs and my rear end still hurts.  I don't have the heart to play them again.  Their QB is one of the worst I have graded out all season.  Just a complete inept, horrific, downfield thrower.  If NW wants to win they have to ugly the game down, get big plays on the ground and win turnover battle.  Seems to be the recipe.  BOL

Good luck, if you have time later, I would appreciate the reasoning-for such a big move with some real concerns the way NW's been playing and the positive changes at Neb-we can all learn from OWO...I can see one thing-if all was true above and in this thread, why wasn't NW getting at least 14? Kinda like USC-Utah
