Stay safe Blowout and thanks for the picks. I’ve been liking your picks for a few seasons now. 

Any thoughts on UCLA/LSU? This is the best UCLA team in a very long time but I know that LSU is going to bounce back from last year and be much better. 

Im curious about your take on the game. I’ve been going back and forth last week in regards to picking a side. 

I’m leaning Under 66 on this one as well as both Defs are good IMO.

 The game was scheduled to be played in New Orleans, then it was cancelled and rescheduled to be played at 11AM in Norman and of  course the line has gone up to 31.

 I'm a LSU homer and study them intensely. I think there are way too many unknowns to take a side in this matchup. Especially now that many of the LSU players will be distracted by the chaos left behind from Hurricane Ida. UCLA's qb is pure garbage in my opinion so if LSU bottles up the run they should be in good shape. UCLA looked better than I anticipated as everything I read about Hawaii was that they would be a scrappy hard nosed team but they got blasted by the UCLA offensive line. I think LSU will wear them down but it may take a few quarters before LSU settles in for the first game of the season- the long road trip out west can't be discounted as well. I see a 30-24 type win for LSU but I wouldn't be totally surprised if LSU falls flat here and loses out right. I think it's hard to gauge this team right now. The talent is certainly there- I'm more anxious to see how this coaching staff rises to the challenge. Good luck with your play. 

Be safe blowoutgm!  With you on Ole Miss.  so you are leaning to the 1st half OU play?  I still like OU for the game at -31.  I don’t think they will stop scoring until they hit 50.  I think they will limit Tulane to 10 points or less.  But you never know if and when they will let up and create a BDC by playing younger and inexperienced players.  GL this season!
