Boise St does not deserve to play for National Title...

I'm sorry Boise backers but until they start to play some decent opponents they don't deserve to be in the title game..Don't come back and say Virginia Tech because it was the first game of the year...Don't say Nevada as they don't play anyone either.....

No, I didn't bet against or for Boise tonight...I just get tired of listening to how they should be in the title game...Play some competition!

Solution...if no playoff syste, start scheduling one non conference game against a top team from each of the major conferences....You win those games and we'll consider ya.....

Boise can't control who they play.  I believe that the improvement seen from Boise and TCU just further reiterates the need for a playoff.  With a playoff we wouldn't have to discuss whether or not either team was worthy of being in the national title discussion.

For what it is worth, I think Boise could beat anybody in the nation outside of Oregon.

Any quality team can get up for one game.  Do it week in and week out in a tough conference and I don't think they go undefeated...

Are they a top 15 team?  Yes, but back off the national title arguement.  It doesn't hold water...The argument they can't help who they play?  It's bullshit!  Every year they know going in there conference schedule is weak so schedule some tough non conference games.  Not one, not two but three....win those and we'll talk.

Let me ask you this?  Boise played Alabama, Oregon, Auburn what would the line be?

They are leaving their conference to join up with TCU.  But, until that change happens they play who they play.  Further, what team is going to agree to do a home and home with Boise.  Pretty much nobody.  Hopefully they can get two good non-conference game a year to go with their game against TCU and Nevada.

I still think this team could beat pretty much anyone.  I hope that if they don't play in the title game they play someone like LSU so we can see how they match-up.  I guess if they win the critics will just say it is just one game.

Agree completely.  Boise is in a tough position.

Remember when Boise only needs to get up for 2 games all year its easy...I just think if they played in the SEC, Big Ten, Pac 10 or Big 12 they would have a couple of losses throughout the year...

My opinion.......We need a playoff system
