Utah -1

 

As long as Utah does not turn the ball over Insee them winning this game by 7-10 points. Penn State a little better on defense. Utah much better on Offense. Utah better coached. 

Penn state just like the Michigan and Ohio st have not played anybody outside of each other this year. 

Bet at your own risk. No complaints if I lose. It happens.
