Houston's D is better than some people think. We all know what they can do on offense. I like them to cover the number today.

That's probably the right side, but I'm going to roll with OVER 72.  Theses two teams have combined to score 100 points last season, and 93 the year before.  I think the Golden Eagles can get into the 40s today, or very close to it.  If so, that should easily get me over the total.
