Haaaaahaaaaaaahaaaaa. That's pretty witty. Unreal witty. Keep em coming...
Oye.
Gotta hate this constructive conversation on games in this thread . From what I see from this week is fake sharps up one game, donkeys playing the obvious down starting the wknd.
Good luck this weekend chief

Bingo. I'm not betting this game, but the masses have decided that NC State is a terrible football team based solely on what they saw in an ESPN game on the road against Cincinnati.
A porous defensive team (GT) laying double-digits in its first road game of the year with overwhelming public support? This can only end poorly.

Actually, they're not. State will be playing a walk-on at DT.
Still, that variant on the stock-tips-from-the-shoeshine-boy is a great story. It reminds me of a couple years ago when the tendency of USC and UGA to play low-scoring games filtered out into the non-betting world and had newpaper writers advising their readers to load up on the under. Final score: 41-37.

this game is much different
UNC has good defensive players and are solid on both LOS
the wolfpack are a mash unit and terrible to boot
the Jackets will double that spread in this one barring some insane amount of turnovers or special team disasters
we are on the same side with Utah & Duke

Covers does lose when everyone is on the same side more often than NOT
that can't be argued, you are certainly correct with that
I never make wagers based on what others are playing though, I go with my own mind, research, gut, etc. (most of the time I post my stuff before others so I'm already in before I know what anyone else plays)
I hate laying road chalk in conference play also, it is much easier to take a live dog when schools are familiar with one another IMO
that being said, this game gives me no choice, I'm like you in that I don't win them all but I do win more than I lose (especially bigger ones)
I hope this is one of those times where the board is right, the public is right, whatever
if not, I'll be paying a hefty price for it because I dropped the hammer on that opening number
I could still win with everyone else losing (hate to actually say that but it's true with the line I hit)
Utah and Duke are big ones for me as well, hope we are correct with those

I hit them at + 4
but I certainly think they win the game, they are playing their best right now and should have a distinct advantage in many areas against FIU
