I was just in Connecticut and downloaded FanDuel. I live in Florida. I deposited money and won a couple of wagers. The next day get an email my account has been suspended due to suspicious activity. They requested a few documents which I quickly provided. After providing the documents I kept getting emails requesting the documents I have already provided.
I went to Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut and spoke to a Fanduel representative named Jim Strong. After talking to him, I got an email stating I have provided the documents. I was told nothing could be done until the team that reviews suspended accounts reviews my account.
Last night I reached out to the Fanduel chat agent. Again told nothing they can do to help. I explained at this point I have returned to Florida, will no longer be able to use the account, want to close and take my money out. Again told no one can help until their suspended account team reviews my account. This has been a terrible customer experience. Neither on line chat or Fanduel representative in person can help. I even sent in all requested documents 12 times.
Beyond frustrated that I am unable to speak to any that can assist.

@Hardkor64......Wow I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues with Fan Duel, and I have been with them for 3 years and have not had any issues, and pay-outs have always been fast.
I wish I knew what to tell you to do......

Appreciate it. My Brother is a big user of their casino games. He's never had an issue. He contacted his host who was also unable to help.
Maybe just coincidence but after this post I get an email from Fanduel. I answered some additional questions. Shortly thereafter my account was reactivated and I was able to withdrawal my money.
