Will be down in Frisco for the game Jan 8th and will keep a running thread on lines, injuries, weather, etc. 

Seeing NDSU -9.5 on Fanduel today. Curious what people are seeing at their local.

Montana state is the Cinderella team this year with a ton of fight in them and see this being an extremely close game 

Agreed. Will be interesting to see who is able to get healthy over the break. Both sides have had key injuries. Also both sides have huge home field advantages and travel well...We've all seen the bison faithful pack out Frisco year after year.

TJ Session, Isaiah Ifanse (All-American RB), Chase Benson, Ty Okada and Lane Sumner all back from injury and listed to start for MSU

Christian Watson (All-American WR) now listed to start for NDSU.

I've seen 7.5 @ Barstool which is similar to a couple of books here in PA, no real feel on this game. I think Montana St. lost to TTech earlier in the year wouldn't be surprised if it was that type of game.

Mont St only losses have come to FBS Wyoming and rival Montana. 

7.5-8 seems to be where the number is going to settle. Was able to get 9.5 on Fanduel when it opened.

Geez my memory getting bad yeah that game was from two seasons ago. They hung tough with Wyoming. I see they have a different QB than the Montana game. Looking at his past stats he accounts for a lot of the offense. GL on your play.

 I think I saw standing room only tickets creeping down towards $150 today. Going to be tough to find a seat under $300.

Deep dive coming later, but in the last 6 weeks Mont St played the #2, #3, #10 offenses in the country. Held all 3 to under 20 points and won outright as 2-14 point dogs in each. 

NDSU has some nice wins...all at home however. Beating JMU 20-14 is a quality win. They lost to SDSU (who the bobcats beat in the semi) on the road and only scored 7 in the first 3 quarters. Late theatrics made it look closer than it was. 

NDSU on the road has played 5 teams with a combined record of 27-24. The only team with a winning record out of that group (SDSU 11-4) they lost to.  

Flight to dallas out of Denver is no less than 75% folks wearing NDSU gear. Toyota stadium will be rockin. MSU chartered multiple flights out of bozeman Missoula Billings as well. 

@longhorn I see SRO tix are down to 30, seats 300 ish. 

I’ll have injury and Covid news this evening. 

Weather *shouldnt* be a huge factor. But will update that as well tonight and in the morning.

Can confirm from a team source the all the MSU players mentioned in post#5 were dressed out and practiced without restriction today.

it’s hard to take an over in ndsu games they play ball control … but if they go down they will need to play faster

Tomorrow morning I’m planning to put out some final thoughts. I’d like to see if we get any Covid news from the NDSU side in the AM. As well as the weather. Weather situation is changing rapidly. 2 days ago it was slight chance or rain overnight…now it looks like rain for sure through the 3rd quarter. How much…idk.. will make sure to post the latest in the am..

Planning to watch both teams get off the bus in the am. Should have thoughts shortly after. 

Im already on MSU +9.5 large but realize that number is no longer available. Keep checking in on the thread guys. I’ll be posting right up until kick. 

On the ground weather: chilly, rained most the night and just stopped. Will prolly start again around kickoff. Feels like it may have a small impact. Both teams are used to bad conditions however as I previously mentioned NDSU plays 70% (factor in playoffs) of their games inside. 

How cool is it to have our own COVERS REPORTER on the ground giving updates and opinions on betting this game.

look at once a year around this time.
