Turtle
I would. If it were me I would buy it down to 3. Don't let that half point burn you.

My overall record on "posted" bowl plays is currently 11-2-1 and 1 & 0 on "Best Bets," which is good for +24.45 Units.
Hope I Florida State can add another 10 units to my bank roll tomorrow.

Before I head out I will say a few things about the Notre Dame/Florida State match-up.
Notre Dame vs. Florida State
WIth the game being played in Orlando, Florida, the Champs Sports Bowl amounts to a home game for the Seminoles.
If you scroll back to my Texas/Cal write-up on page 5 of this thread (Post #110), what I said there with respect to Texas having the better athletes across the board also applies to this game. Florida State is the faster, stronger and a more athletic team, and if you watched the Texas/Cal game last night, the athletic disparity between the two teams was evident. I said that would be the differnce in that game and it was. This game will play out in a similar fashion.
The only reason I wasn't higher on Texas yesterday was because of their atrocious QB play. That won't be an issue in this game for Florida State as the Seminoles are just a different team when EJ Manuel is under center. Florida State is a team that has legit BCS Bowl caliber talent, but really struggled early in the season when Manuel was injured. Had he been able to stay healthy I think we'd be having an entirely different conversation right now.
This is an absolute MUST WIN game for Jimbo Fisher and this Seminole program. I won't go into all the reasons why, but I will point out one in particular - the life blood of every program . . . recruiting.
With all of the competition for for blue-chip talent in the south, Jimbo Fisher is struggling to keep his head above water. Fisher is an excellent recruiter, and has an excellent recruiting staff. As of right now Fisher's staff has managed to pull the 7th best recruiting class in the nation for 2012, but many of those recruits are somewhat disillusioned by the way the season has played out, so some recruits have defected, and others are on the verge. One of the recruits who is showing signs of weakness is Jimbo's prize 5* QB recruit Jameis Winston.
Jimbo MUST WIN this game against Notre Dame, and MUST looking impressive doing it to convince skeptical fans and recruits that this program is ready to start competing at an elite level again.
I think Jimbo gets it done here today in impressive fashion. The Seminoles athletic superiority and superiority in the trenches will lead them to a dominating 3 TD victory today over a slow-footed Irish squad.

I agree with you PU, and have said much the same thing in another thread somewhere except the part about Brian Kelly being fired. I don't believe he is on the verge of losing his job here at all. There is no questioning the urgency of this game for Brian Kelly and the Irish program however.
My brief write-up was in no way intended to diminish the importance of this game for the Notre Dame program. In a similar vein, as important as this game is for Notre Dame, it in no way abates what I said about the significance of this game for Jimbo Fisher and the Seminole program. The difference in my view is that the home team has the horses to get the job done and the visiting team doesn't.
