I think the Hurricanes can draw hope from Clemson’s home dog victory v. Georgia last Saturday night. Never easy to fade the superior defense in a win situation, but I will offer some support for the Hurricanes at this price. Florida again struggled on offense in their opener last Saturday, a 24-6 win, no cover against Toledo. They did, however, dominate the Rockets overland 262-50 and controlled the clock 40-20. But the Miami Fla offense proved that it is a force with which opponents must reckon. 18 RS make them one of the most experienced teams of the year for 3rd year HC Golden. The Canes got a confidence building boost with 503 offensive yards in the 34-6 win, no cover v. Fla. Atlantic. But Golden’s teams have been just that as indicated by his Underdog record of 9-3 ATS in that role in 2 years with Miami and 18-8 ATS as short L5Y dating to his tenure at Temple. ACC pulls another upset against the vaunted SEC.
I see everyone and their brother, sister, aunt, uncle, and pet are asking Jimmy on opinions on 1000 other games other than the games he posted. I think you are going to have to claim all these folks come income tax time since they are all dependents.
Good luck Jimmy and keep the winners coming as I pick and choose to tail some and go against some.

Its funny you lost your bet?

Please read my post #46. I think that defines more than just vanilla.
As for Florida, there is no comparison between them and Alabama. There is also a huge difference between HOLY Toldeo and the Hokies. The speed alone from any SEC team for the most part can't be matched up by a team like Toledo. Neve rmind apples and oranges here, more like apples and prunes.....

Let's see....Last year Holy Toldeo put up 15 against USU, 27 Ball St, 25 Buffalo, 24 NIU, 35 Akron with three defensive TDs....Yep certainly looks like a high powered offensive machine to me. The only team they put up big numbers against were the amongst the worst defensive teams in the country that high schools could score against. As for prepping, you are 100% incorrect. I happen to know first hand. Sorry about that

No argument there, a good friend of mine coached with Candle at Mount Union. I am not crazy about Loeffler but that doesn't mean anything if you do not have the personnel. Being the only SEC player in this forum, you should know that. Loeffler's scheme at Auburn was horrific in my opinion. Candle is top notch in the recruiting department but the pool of players he is able to draw from are a lower level 2nd tier player. Just look at one of the best offensive coordinators in the business, Robert Anae (BYU). How is their offensive production? No magic wand, not even for Anae,,,They are no longer known to be quarterback U
