Pre Season Top 25 must be a mistake- they forgot to rank the rest of the SEC teams. LOL Just Sayin.. But I digress!!
Western Kentucky/ Vandy Over 64.5
WK should continue to put up points (hopefully on the road) and even the Commadores should be able to score on this D.
Minnesota +14.5 / TCU
Tough start on the road for TCU- look for Kill an Company to play solid football @ home.
Baylor -35.5 / SMU
Nothing really to say here other than if I hadn't waited so long I could have easily gotten 34.5. Feel like such an idiot I even told myself BYE FELICIA!!
VT+11.5/ the Ohio State
Foster and the boys been prepping for this all summer long coupled with the fact it's @ sleepy town in Blacksburg home of Enter Sandman! Coupled with the False security blanket that they handled them in the Shoe!! I factored this last statement in because you let kids believe something is true and they take it to heart. Don't believe me tell your average 5 year old there ain't no Santa and see what happens!!
Still looking @ the Boise St/ Washington game and total. Peterson knows first hand the smurf turf is a place where BS likes to Stomp The Yard!!

strongly disagree on Minn. not good matchup for the gophers. they would match up better wth a run first grind it out opponent. Minn two all Big 10 DB's can only plug so many holes Plus, Minn has virtually no O skill folks returning other than the QB. TCU was left out of the playoff last season. Patterson will make sure the selection committee will know that they beat a respectable team on the road from a power conference by signficantly more than the spread (at the time of the game). Kill is a good coach and Minn should rebound for a good season. But the gophs will be humbled by a better team in week 1.

With u on GSU.....i think this is a live dog in week 1...20 pts is a lot to give a team that lead the nation in rushing last year...i know they lost 4 of 5 of their starting O-line, but the dynamic option attack generally is a solid bet when u are catching 3 tds as a dog

SG- I agree with GMAN below about the rushing attack- add that to the fact I am just not crazy about the WV defense and 20 points is a nice cushion for a team that loves and does run the ball.
longHH- I respect your take on the game and you may be absolutely correct but I stil like the 14.5. At least one of us will be right anyway ?
MJM, Little Kenny- Hope ya'll have a good year!!

I have to agree....seriously rethink that Minnesota pick bud. Minny lost their two best weapons on offense in their RB and TE. Their QB is average, nothing special...i watched him do his share of struggling last yr. That TCU offense is a juggernaut, returning almost everyone i believe and will probably be firing on all 8 cylinders from the get go....bad bad matchup for Minny.

Saying you want to beat the hell out of a team for the playoff committee and doing it are two different things. Except for that bowl game against a struggling Ole Miss team, TCU didn't look very good on the road last year. Especially in their true road games outside of the state of Texas. If they were a blueblood that is used to playing in these prime time Thursday night ESPN games on the road, I might have a little different view about this game. But this is TCU. I think they'll just be looking for a win so they can get back home for their next two easy games, and be able to get their defense back up to speed after losing some key players off that unit.

Dead on with your analysis there, Agree 100% would probably buy 1/2 point for insurance. Kill has a good program and his teams perform well at home, but losing so many skill players against the skill, speed and talent of this offense might be a bit much, especially when you fall behind early trying to match Tcu score for score will take you out of your game plan TCU scores between 38 to 45 points I might like the OVER as a better play because i can see minny scoring at least 20 points at home.
But all in all Nice card whisper I would add early leans on Mississippi st -21 Tennesse/bowgreen o 60 and Baylor 1st hf -19 1/2

Nickey- Upshaw should be serviceable but yea had rather have Ellison under center.
Man really blew it on locking in too early on a few of those lines. Typically don't do that but guess excitement of the season got the best of me. May sprinkle a little on to those 3 lines that moved so much in my direction.
Thinking about Boise -12. Washington offense shouldn't be hitting on much against this Boise D. Just not sure how their offense will be operating.
