great start for ND. Still not a great moneyline for OSU though.. kinda makes you want to roll the dice and stay with your bet.. but you’ve gotta look at the big picture lol.

I agree !!, after the ND touchdown the line was still hanging at 3.5 on Pinnacle, all other books i could see had 5.5
Not worth putting down 100k, to possibly lose it all if Ohio st only wins 1-3
Looks like im just letting it ride unless ND can score another one with less clock left, thus hopefully making the line -2.5

that’s exactly what I was thinking. Easy for us to say though..that much dough is certainly hard to put down especially in a live bet situation.

yes not wrong, for these types of figures which i don't wager with often, i go on Betfair, but it often takes 7-20 seconds to get a bet "matched" in other words accepted.
With 50k, depending on the liquidity of the ML price i want, most likely i would probably get 25k matched at -200ML, then the other 25k at -220+
Basically, big figures and live bets are hard to get exact prices for hedging, still would have worked but less profit ...
Just to much hastle imo for a small gain, if it was a bigger outlay then $100 or ND was the last leg (pending Bills to beat KC) then very different story...

Wish the line wasnt so juiced for Ohio st, would have been much easier to hedge pre game, live makes it much more difficult when trying to snipe specific prices etc.. ah well
I do have 3 big NFL teasers all pending last leg with Ohio St - 1½ and -2, so it's not all bad i guess.. just no where near a 233k payout unfortunately
