People always like to focus on the wacky things that are the results of staffs just allowing their big leads to be blown.. You don't just let teams walk down the field on you, ever.. at any point in a game to just prolong inevitable death to make them "run some clock".. Then it leads to an onside kick that should never take place, and then the laughable uncovered game winning td gaffe.. All of which just scream, weakness in coaching. I didn't play this game, but it's just one of many, many examples of what most modern football coaches all the way to the top do. Coaches all have the prevent disease when playing with a "lead".. Except the ones that have rings

Agreed 100%. Toledo played prevent defense when WMU was on Toledo’s 30 with plenty of time left.  Makes no damn sense. 

The MAC is a conference where the impossible is possible. Sort of like watching a Hawaii game after midnight

Like damn so much had to go perfectly wrong if you had the points. No trust in the kicker so don’t kick a fg to go up 6. Get a 1st with 3 minutes left but score on first down when opponent has no timeouts, missed xp, onside . Td. One of these sticks beats I’ll remember for eternity
