Teams taken out of routine. i.e. they played a mid week game or a very early or late game the previous saturday have a tendency to come out and win on the road as an underdog. Nebraska had there routine altered by cancelling game last week due to covid. Anyway the pick here is Nebraska +4 buy the hook. According to logic Northwestern should cover. But there is something in between logic and ridiculousness which I cal "I don't know why these things happen but they do." i.e. Qbs out, or starting red shirt freshman, defense is decimated, Rb is hurt, WR is out, windy, raining. should of, could of, bla bla. Whatever
"I don't know why these things happen but they do." I'm confident enough from experience to trust trust that.

How do most GAMBLERS look at this game. Northwestern is 2-0 after last week's win in Iowa. Nebraska was supposed to play wisconsin at home last week but was cancelled because of covid in Wisconsin's "house". The 1st half of the Ohio St/Nebraska game, Nebraska's line(offensive and defensive) was pushing ohio St. all over the place. You know why Wisconsin rbs get to the pros and stink? Because they had the luxury of running behind great lines. Nebraska HC Frost is starting to turn it around(if people thought he was coming to the Big 10 and do what he did as quick at C. Fla, they had another guess coming). He reminds me of Steve Spurrier( did a good job at Duke...and returned to his alma mater). This is year 3 of Scott Frost at Nebraska. Most will look at this as 2-0 home favorite of only 3.5 points vs an underdogs who got whipped in their only game. Im riding with you on Nebraska.

Guys good luck but I disagree. Northwestern is a very good football team with a bruising Oline that can run the rock. Patrick Ramsey at qb is a winner. They were down 17-0 to Iowa because of early turnovers but didn’t panic and came back and won. They have a ball swarming defense that gets to the ball. Nebraska will have their hands full today on the road. I like Nortwestern!

I live in BIG RED country and follow them. Last yr Neb was 3-10 ATS. I made plenty of $ betting against them. I know this was last yr, but I'd tread lightly here. Yes Frost may be turning them around but Neb has been a Vegas fav for some time. Play NW ML or no play

God comment. This game is a no play for me but I think you make some solid points; they did look compettive against ohio in the 1st half. Should be a good game today but too many unknowns for me at this point in the season.
