Yeah and with those 12 attemps, Texas had 5 sacks. Would have loved from Alabama to have "opened" it up more.

You know what, tho? It happens both ways... I remember being on Minnesota over Pittsburgh earlier in the year in the NFL, and having the Pitt D return an interception not once, but twice within the last few minutes to cover the spread... Also remember having Kansas City over Jacksonville, where KC scored twice in less than 2 minutes at the end of the game to cover when they were down like 20 points... Tonight, I was fortunate enough to be on the right side of the luckbox...

in this case, that seems obvious... but that is probably the case in about 80-90% of all sporting events... some injury, or fluke play, usually determines the outcome... guess the art is in getting the 10-20% right as much as possible...
