In My Opinion Colt McCoy Didn't Show Much Heart Tonight

Pretty disappointing. Has nothing to do with a wager either.

Obviously the injury is not that bad. He's not in a sling. Hasn't shown much expression of pain on his face. His shoulder pads are on so trainers/doctors not too worried about the pressure of the pads on the shoulder.

So all signs point toward it not being that bad. Daddy comes running down. And the decision is made based on his future. Forget you're the centerpiece of the entire team. Forget you have an injury insurance policy that would set you up for life if you make it worse.

Maybe I'm way off base here. I know they said drs/trainers said no but all signs dont point to that. As a fan it didn't look like he really gave two shits. Will be interesting to see if there's anymore to it.

Nice interview. Tried to cry. Not even tears in his eyes.

He is full of shit too. If his entire arm is still numb they would have him at the hospital doing more tests to make sure it wasn't a serious nerve injury.

If it wasn't painful then why not try to throw a couple passes on the sideline??

I think he made the right decision, and I was on Texas.  You dont jeapordize your NFL career over some bullshit college game you're gonna make any money playing.  Be smart, rest up and get ready for the combine.

Inside source told me Colt had the option to return in the 2nd half and he opted not to. His decision was based more on his future and not on this game. He could have played if he wanted.....

He got a stinger. Big fucking deal. At least show some heart when you already have an injury insurance policy.

That's not true. He had it up by his head adjusting his headset.

The injury was nothing serious or he would be getting tests right now to check on nerve damage. They didn't even sling it.

Fact is he was more worried about his NFL career than he was his teammates.
