I was worried about OSU just shutting it down after going up like 35 to 6 or something but I think Tulsas defense is so bad my OSU TT of more than 40 should hit.

I may bet the second half under but it will have nothing to do with the rain. You usually play the over in rainy games as offensive players know where they are going already where as defense doesn't. When you have a QB like BW he can throw whether its raining or not.

Very true but it doesn't seem like Tulsa is going to get any points unless Kinne comes back...which seems unlikely.

Agreed, like I said I would bet the second half under but not because of the rain. I'd bet it because it'll be a total blowout and I suspect OU will get all their backups in since it will be 3am in the morning (eastern).
