Looking like Arizona Fisch to UW

Even the obligatory (fake? Meaningless?) Private jet flight from Tucson to Boeing Field this afternoon

All other obvious candidates are out... 

I would stay at AZ if I was him at least for another year...He has a loaded team...preseason top 15...

UW = much more money, I think

Big failure I think.... Needs to bring over half the team from Tucson

Having said, De Boer didn't do it with top talent...penix, odunze trice = lower 4 star at best

Alabama has 25-30 players with higher recruit rank than UW best this year... Surprisingly Michigan talent level not that amazing..

Fisch with no massive transfer haul would equal no talent.. Maybe a few come back from,portal

Assume Arizona goes mwc. for new HC.. Like that better than outside coordinator.. Internal hire fine

Waiting a year or two often makes sense....but sometimes general opportunities evaporate 

I feel like these schools should do future hire or the new coach does future building stuff. Give a year's leeway.. Maybe with coach out of retirement
