I respect your record and insight and I respect your ability to use REAL units unlike a majority of the people on this site. Never understood people who play games for the loest 5 units or 3 units. Why not just make your 3 or 5 unit play 1 unit...always scratch my head on that one.
Agree with that one. I think people do that to make their records look more impressive. If they pick anything over 50%, then the units go up by a factor of 3 or 5. 12-10 +6 units sound better than 12-10 +2 units?

It's really not that. The line keeps moving in the direction I want it to. Why should I feel forced to make a play? I've stated several times that I'm leaning ECU. I even went so far as to say I like ECU straight up at this point.
That said, I'm making my call right now...and I love it. LuDawg is going for broke.
ECU +13.5 for 2 Units
Over 57.5 for 2 Units
ECU ML +410 for 2 Units
I'm going to make my explanation simple on this one. I don't think I was wrong on the VT cap. There were things that happened in that football game that were anomalously uncharacteristic. I am convinced I had that one right. I don't think this version of the Heels are better than the Pirates and I don't think they should be favored. UNC is going to have to prove me wrong and I'm willing to bet a lot of money that I'm right.
Let's get this money.

I've been reading your posts since last year but this is the first time I've ever commented on your picks. Your picks this week are GUTSY but you're the man when it comes to ECU. Good Luck, I'm gonna put a couple dollars one your picks too!!!

LOL. Are you serious.? I love keyboard gangstas. You want a write up here it is.
ECU you can put up points that is true, but Carolina's defense even shorthanded is better than Va. Tech's.
Here are my reasons. UNC is at home. They are 1-2 and trying to get to .500. They are motivated and their receivers are way better than the ECU secondary. The defense, even though shorthanded is still good. Ask Rutgers about Bruce Carter. Yates is pathetic, but the receivers are studs and Yates for all his faults does throw a nice long ball. In addition to having to account for UNC's many weapons at receiver, they will have to cover Pianalto(tight end)who is a favorite target of Yates and he will require a double team by ECU's pathetic defense. Johnny White is a hard nosed runner and WILL play Saturday.
UNC has an "us" against everyone outlook and has been crushed in the press all week. The situation is now not as bad as first thought and more players will return in the coming weeks. If ECU had a defense or more than a one dimensional spread passing attack I would say take the points, but it isn't the case. Do what you want, but I like making money not losing it.
