this is a tough one, chippewas are covering machines but i think their offensive numbers are slightly inflated by a creampuff home schedule where they got to blowout some bad teams, but they are no doubt the class of the mac. ohio on the other hand has had a great year and is 6-1 ats last 7 games against winning teams. i looked back at the history of the mac championship since it moved to a neutral site, and dd dogs are a perfect 4-0, including akron winning outright as a 13 point dog and buffalo winning by 18 as a 15 point dog here last year. i think the point is this is the mac and there might not be as big a talent gap as appears. chippywawas 30 ohio 21

.... I just believe that with healthy Theo and WR, they could match points with CMU.... having hard time believing that now. It's not like I'm giving greater import to just their QB hobbled, they have a few KEY injuries to their main play makers. Coach said they are making the "trip". I honestly think OHIO has been playing just a little bit better than expected, but face a CMU team that is rolling fairly well and a QB that is ridiculous at times (with the creepiest eyebrows in CFB, kid looks 14!) and can run the rock very well.
