I'm kinda leaning FSU myself. The more talented overall team getting points. I never trusted Richt, I don't care what team he's coaching. FSU has been thru the wars this year. Miami hasn't.

They have every player on there damn team as an nfl caliber player and they haven't played there A game yet and there Coach hasn't opened up the playbook only a matter of time til January when there blowing out Bama in the championship game huh? He got very lazy his last five years and we do not miss him one bit. He is the right coach for Miami at this time... we wish him well, but will not miss him......

The closest game Miami played this year was against GaTech at GaTech. Miami won by 14. They were up by 14 at half. They were in control in the middle of the 2nd quarter on. Never trailed, tied once in the first half.
You can argue that Miami is unproven because they havent faced anyone really good yet but you cant say they are barely beating weak competition.

My favorite Mark Richt moment was when Georgia played at Urban Meyer's Florida. Georgia had lost a bunch of games in a row at Florida and Richt wanted to change the attitude and atmosphere of the game. After Georgia scored the first touchdown, the entire team went into the endzone and jumped around in celebration. Georgia got called for 2 celebration penalties. Richt didnt care. Meyer tried to match that energy and rally his guys at his sideline as well. Didnt work. Georgia ended up winning that game.

At the beginning I had a very strong lean on Miami but first off the hurricane might mess this whole game up and other than that you still have a young, inexperienced team facing FSU.
FSU is known for their Defense and where has that gone? Their D is putrid now. Going into the season FSU was supposed to have a top 10 DL and with all that talent it's a shock to see how bad they have been.
FSU can still score though with solid rushers like Dalvin Cook. Their QB has been throwing well but this week they go up against a solid defense in Miami. Or are they really solid? look at who Miami has played. You don't even know if their D can deal with a solid offense like FSU.
Miami has a solid Offense and it might absolutely shred FSU. But based off who Miami has played I'm not super convinced in their offense or defense right now.
Another thing is usually FSU plays bad the next game after playing North Carolina.
Personally I'm starting to like the OVER more than either side lol.

Fading FSU off a loss in a rivalry game doesnt seem like a good idea to me.
Like I said during the Miami/GT game, Miami did not look great. GT controlled the game other than the 2 fumbles for TD's.
Yes they won by 14 but just posting final scores and not digging deeper does you no good when handicapping.
Absolutely. The 2 fumble recoveries for touchdowns changed the complexion of the game for both teams. Up 2 scores Miami will call a more conservative game and try to grind out the win.
In the previous week Clemson beat Ga Tech 26-7. Was Clemson only capable of scoring 26 points (3 points in the 2nd half) or did situation and score dictate how the game played out in the second half.
I never sensed Miami was in danger of losing the game. They more or less cruised to victory. GT at no point "controlled the game"
Also Ga Tech has a pretty good defense.
