You really gotta tell me what it is about Oklahoma St that makes you like them in this spot. Please - I am planning on going VERY hard on Ole Miss. OSU was shut out against Oklahoma, and made Colorado look like a stud football team on that matchup. Snead proved in last year's bowl game that a big 12 defense is not going to give him fits the way SEC schools were able to this year. They have one of the bottom 20 pass defenses in CFB. Plus Mcclulster was able to have HUGE games against Tennessee and LSU - too solid defenses. I doubt the Cowboys are scaring him. Not to mention, Ill take the SEC over the Big 12 in most circumstances, especially laying less than a FG.
