How about an Alabama - OU bowl game? Crimson Tide vs the Crimson and Cream!!
OU should beat Tech in Norman. OU's defense is improving, still a ways to go, their running game is doing better and with home field I don't think tech can win it.
Should OU win out and Texas win out and Tech lose only to OU then OU will represent the South. Overall strength of schedule will favor OU too.
Texas at neutral site, TCU,Kansas TT at home and OSU on road.
Ou also beat Cincinnati who is now ranked #22.
With that body of work and SOS, they should vault past Texas and be ranked #1 or #2 and play in the National title.
As for Alabama? I don't honestly think they will beat Florida. So looking at an OU-UF National Title game.
Cheers

wouldn't see bama short and didn't the gators get Rebelized at home by some good ole southern gentlemen led by some Nutt?
That game was definitely an eye opener for Florida, but I believe LSU was the same for Bama. If LSU would have had anything close to a college level quarterback, Bama would have lost that game. The same way Florida did to Ole Miss. Bama was flat in that game (although it would be niuce if they werent, because there is no doubt UF will spank them the way they played Sat.)
