Since Oct 2021 home with total 44.5-73 went over by 21+ in L3 combined but did not score 160 or more points themselves, team is either terrible (wins <10%) or good (>75%) and opponent is either >.500 or <=.250

9.5 to 7.5 isn't a massive move, not a ton of games end on 8 or 9.

9.5 was a bit high tho I see no reason not to fade UVA again, they just don't have much offense and the defense isnt great either, NC St has a good defense - i suppose it will depend on if Brennan balls out or has the butterflies in his old stomping grounds.

line is -8.5 on bovada and another site said no rain and wind around 6 mph FWIW.

 1 score being 8 points is not a matter of opinion. its how the sports analysts on TV describe the situation when a team is 8 points down. that is a 1 score difference. the distinction of needing 2 plays to reach 8 points is meaningless. there is an extra point kick that is an extra play & nobody on earth says a team is down 2 scores when the difference is 7.
