@Defense17 I think EMU is okay to play. Would look at their team total over 21.5 also. they can sling it...can certainly see this being 35-24 or even higher...IF toledo does their part...heck...could be 35-24 EMU...
Thank you, I didn’t nail that one, along with the team total over.
How much do you like your Boston College play this week? Boston College killed me last week

I like the Texas State play. Should play hard for Spavital. Do you like the over, also? Looks to me like it should definitely pass 59.5, and the weather looks excellent.

Its a standard play for me...80+% of my plays are 1 unit...weekday plays this season have been unseasonably bad...like 5-18 during the week before this week, so I created a rule three weeks ago that all weekday plays were either .33 or .66u...and my YTD saturday plays were almost 70%...this week I am 4-0 during the week, so that is good. but my point is...most of my plays are 1 unit. some are 1.5, 2, 2.5. I have had three max plays (5u) and those have gone 3-0 this season.
I took BC on the moneyline. there are also +3-3.5 out there but I think they win this game on the field. this week they are doing the Red Bandana game...a celebration for Welles Crowther...a former BC student who lost his life during 9/11 after being trapped inside a building as it came down...after going back in several times to help other people get out. the people he helped described him as "The man with the red bandana"..
this website will share more about that...i promise its not propaganda, just the story of Welles. https://www.maninredbandana.com/
with all that said, when BC plays in their annual "red bandana game", it is an extremely inspiring night for BC, both the players, fans, former students, etc. Historically, against teams like Miami, FSU, etc. they have won outright as underdogs in this position, and they certainly have a chance to do that again tonight at home, as an underdog in a game they absolutely need to win to save their season.
is this a lock? No. But In my opinion given the spot, and all the pomp and circumstance surrounding this evening, I am on the eagles.
Until the wallet is full.

@steponaduck I like the Texas State play. Should play hard for Spavital. Do you like the over, also? Looks to me like it should definitely pass 59.5, and the weather looks excellent.
Is McBride coming back from his injury this week? He is the only QB that had taken a snap for Texas State all year and his replacement, Vitt went 6-13 last week for only 42 yards and 1 Interception and no TD's in their 45-0 shellacking by ULL. I can't see backing Texas State at any price unless McBride plays this week.

Texas State McBride Injury Update from 21 Hours Ago:
"Spavital still doesn’t know who his starter will be behind the center this week, with McBride’s ankles still being repaired. Witt was in charge of the first team’s attack in the 11-11 segment on Tuesday practice, with a red-shirt sophomore Thai Evans running together and McBride taking a limited snap. The head coach said McBride looked much better than it was a week ago, hoping he would be “mixed” as the week progressed.
“The pain is now moving from the front of his foot to the side of his foot, which is a good sign,” said Spavita. “So we have to keep an eye on where he is. He will be more game time deciding.”
