Im a big Miami fan and I agree with you they are definitely on the rise. We just need to figure out how to get some sort of pass rush, other than that I was impressed with our offense and love Duke Johnson, kids a star in the making.

I have a couple questions about your take on some games this week,
La Tech -4 against houston - houston got stomped by texas state last week and may be a long year without Case and with a new coach
TA&M -1.5vs FL - I really like TA&M they have a lot returning on offense and I think they will surprise people this year, unfortunately they are in the west cuz i think they could win the east in year 1
Temple - 11 vs Maryland - Maryland barely squeaked away with a W lasst week against an FBS foe, does'nt bode well for the terps
Georgie - 3 vs Mizzou - I know this game is at home for Mizzou but i just have a feeling may be a rough welcome to the SEC
Ok St - 13 vs Zona - I know they put up 84 on "savannah st" but its still 84 and was basically a game scrimmage to get them better prepared for this week I think they cover this as -13 is not much for an OK St offense of recent years

Anyway I'd love to get your feedback and enjoy reading your threads every week. GL in week 2

Boom, I like the Wisky play....One slow start game does not change the fact that they should run at will vs. this Beavers D...8 starters return on D for OSU, from a below avg. squad LY.  Nothing to make me believe they will be any better with mostly the same players.  35-0 LY, and I think anything below 10 is a gift...

By the way SEC looked like shit also!  Besides Bama dominating Michigan I really was not impressed!  Bowling Green was a typical big ten matchup early in the season seems they did the same thing to big ten teams they did to sec teams like Florida.

Ohio State has lots of potential.

Michigan played the top team in the country.  Be careful about being down on them.  Denard didnt even run in that game he will crush Air Force.  Air Force line weighs about 260 average and Starting center just tore his acl! He Gone

Purdue Purdue Purdue I think this year they stay healthy and cause some big headaches for teams!  Keep an eye on lines they may hold some value!

Game of the week Northwestern versus Vanderbilt!  Lean Vandy

Florida is garbage!

West Virginia is for REAL!

Bama is the most physical team I have ever seen!!!!!!!!

Not sure what your seeing in Wisky. Not even remotely the same team as last year. Only 11 starters back. O-Line should still be good. But still 3 new starters. Plus a QB that I don't feel can lift them to near the level as Russell Wilson did last year. Oregon State a much improved team this year from the team who lost at Wisky 35-0 last year. QB Mannion was thrown in the fire last year as a freshman. I expect him to be even sharper with a better grasp for the game this year. And Markus Wheaton is one of the most underrated receivers in the Pac-12. I also look for OSU to be much stouter up front on defense. Plus Corvallis can be a difficult place to play when a bigtime team comes in there. I expect a closer game than people expect...By the way I love your Air Force pick.

Completely agree. Montee Ball has a field day and Wisky controls the clock as OSU's first game jitters turns into early turnovers. Could get ugly fast

DrStangelove- Wisky doesnt need Obrien to be Russel Wilson in this affair IMO. He went 19/24 last week with no INTs 200+ yards. Montee Ball 1TD 125 yrds rushing. Their offense should produce at least 350 yards vs OSU. Abrederis is a very good WR for Wisky who I expect to have a good performance. OSU's rushing defense isnt good and Wiskys OL will dominate their DL in the trenches. They wont be able to stop Montee Ball on 3rd and shorts if needed IMO. Last year they let Stanford rush for 300 yards in their house! Yes OSU may be a little better than they were last year, but its not gonna be enough for them to cover IMO especially being that this is their first game of the year against Wisconsin. They wont have the confidence needed to think they have a chance to beat them becuse they didnt get to play vs their patsy last week. This Wisky team will be pissed off going into OSU as Im sure theyve been hearing about their meltdown all week. Like Boom said, Wisky whoops ass this week and gets it together and I agree

Be careful with Air Force pick!  Sounds like the boys are focused!  Air Force may be in for a long day!  21 is alot and at first glance Air Force looks like the play but truthfully Michigan could pound Air Force.  Typically younger teams will have a hard time bouncing back but Michigan has some wise veterans that seem to have got the guys practicing great all week.  I think it should be a no play that could go either way!

Miami will get spanked every way possible. K St. has been waiting on this game all off-season and Miami is atrocious. People are betting the name, and that name is ass whipping in this game. The only saving grace for UM is that it is a 12 noon start. K St. by DD's.
