It truly was mind-boggling to watch that defensive performance, Urban. I found myself wondering if there was a locak high school here in Texas better equipped to stop the run. Blades of turf grass get off blocks and tackle better than them.

BYU - sure was a fun one to watch ......Here is the thing guys - we almost never play teams with no defense / great offense. Twice this year. Wash St vs UCLA. Tex Tech vs Texas. OF COURSE they have a crappy D. Actually the script was wacky - but the spot was great for TT - and while it may appear lucky that they won due to UFOs Bad Turkey or whatever - TTech had a ton of chances to put it away and turned it over 4 times and Texas needed 10,000 yds rushing from a guy to make it a game. TTech wins that game in that spot 6 or 7 times out of 10 but just our opinion. Last night could have gone either way but for real like for real - The game in essence went as capped as it was played - TT balanced offense - TT horrid D - Texas no passing game - Texas would run for a lot of yards -it was a pick em so how can you expect a blowout ? And it was a bigger game for TT as we noted SO of course they are gonna have all kinds of trick plays etc they were going ALL OUT to win and little things make the difference. So next time you see us bet Tex Tech -or YOU bet them - know what you are getting !   Let's move no to the next one.

@Mega, your season record is CRAZY!!! Funny how a lot of sites throw around the term "expert" when analyzing a game and their winning percentage is nowhere near yours. Smh. Oh and thoughts about the Cal/Arizona St game...kinda think the wrong team is favorite in that one, guess home field played a big factor in that line

Capping question for you. You mentioned LSU can go from no play to final card if it's offish this is Les' final game. Does it really matter whether its official or not given the intense speculation? The players have to feel it is his last game by now and/or maybe save him with a huge win ... I actually like the latter mind set since im backing LSU here but just curious if you have a capping tip for me on how you weight this kind of thing because no play to final card is quite a jump!!!

If you're still mulling that one, I think LSU's rushing mismatch is huge for LSU on both sides of the ball, LSU also out gained @Miss by 80yds and +10min TOP, at the same place A&M was embarrassed... A&M's last trip to hostile environment (haha) was quite the specticle... andKicker/TO edge for LSU. - Just some of the keys for me besides the "Win or i'll be fired" factor. A little more on my thread but that's the jist of my pick.

BTW im very thankful for your write up efforts...this w.up every game has to be exhausting!. BOL the rest of the weekend!!

Seriously man, the best thread in the sports betting community, and its not close.  The only one that I can think of that came close was uncle Dave esslers on PG,(a very informative thread every week) before they turned him pro(please dont ever do that), but his winning % just didn't touch yours, still doesn't, and only a certain fews do.  Boy, I tell ya what, if someone knew  2-3 other guys with records like yours, that person(me,  whooopeee) would be having the best season he's ever had...... BY FAR!!!

Do not forget though - this year has been incredible - but it will NEVER be repeated by me....EVER. I do well every year but this year was off the charts so I caution everyone to be realistic going forward. I do promise to do my best and only post picks I feel are excellent.

Don't have much to say that is super-enlightening in this one - our SUPERCOMPUTER COMPLEX shows us this appears to be a tossup - and the Vegas line and Sagarin seem to agree.....Of course the big question is where Ohio St's heads are at after the upset loss last week followed by the Throw Your Buddy Under The Bus competition...But to think they will not be ready and hungry for this one i think would be a mistake....Their offense is still a bit of the mess when they try to MATRICULATE in the passing game....but they are a dangerous running team and Michigan is beat up on the DL....Funny thing about Michigan is that we give them credit on OFFENSE as well as defense - after the Utah game they have put up 20+ every week and 29 49 48 28 last 4 weeks even against softer Ds they have found a way to get it done.....Ohio St D sneaking under the radar #2 in scoring D - Michigan's #6 but on the downswing lately again mostly due to injuries......Not sure HF will mean much to be honest....Ohio St 10-1 L11 SU but new era new times with Harbaugh.

Summary. Just cannot get a feel for the side. total seems about right. Weather should be fine.

peter - i only recommend playing the games under "picks" - In my write-ups i note plays where i "lean" in one direction for those that want a bit more action but i do NOT bet most of those. Will sprinkle a tiny bit of cash here or there on some of the leans but really it is all about the main picks. GL
