Gman tell me something about them Huskies and the points. Been looking into this one just wanting ur take on it.
Matchup wise, the edge seams to be with Boise, but something tells me Chris Peterson is not gonna get blown off the field in his return to the smurf turf. BSU was gashed on the ground a few times last year, giving up 5.2, 5.5, 10.3 ypc to nevada, fresno, and new mexico respectively.. Washington has a pretty solid RB in Jr Dwayne Washington...if they can get anything going on the ground, they should be able to slow the game pace and stay within the #.
Its only a 1u play for me The Huskies

Whats your opinion of Conner Mitch? I'm on the fence about this game but leaning towards UNC still.
Mitch is the most prototypical PRO style QB Spurrier has had in his tenure here...6'3 220 with good arm strength...he is from Raleigh NC and probably has extra motivation to play his heart out against UNC....that being said, he hasnt performed quite as well as expected in fall practice, which is why it took so long for them to name a starter. He is obviously unproven at the college level, but in HS was able to make all the theows and showed good ability to read deefenses. - The real ? Here is how much Spurrier will utilize the tru frosh Lorenzo Nunez, who is a pure dual threat scrambler...he will definately be in the game in certain situations and will be able to sprinkle in some read-option as a change of pace. - I have no lean on this game....as i said before, i need to c the gamecock defense stop someone before i can back them with $$ - Another tidbit: Looks like the big 6'6 TE Jerrell Adams will by out thursday nursing an injury...this basically leaves freshman TEs to rely on.
