I have to be honest...you are great with your predictions...they have been spot on.  I too bought into the Big 12 hype with believing that the top two teams, Texas and Oklahoma proving their worth.

I have much riding on Oklahoma...I'm not buying it back.  With that said...I believe it's money poorly spent.  I think Florida beats the brakes off of this team...no way, no how does Oklahoma have a chance.  I'm being a pessimist because of what I saw last night...but maybe, just maybe...I hate saying this outloud, but Ohio State has drastically improved since their USC beat down....stumbling again vs. Penn State.

BUT, I'm not even looking forward to the NC game, believing that Florida is the easiest pick of the Football season.  You could have not played a game all year, put it on Florida, and you double your money.

I can't believe it all comes down to this.  I can't believe it's so easy...such free money for the taking.

With that said...if was free money, Vegas would be out of business.  Maybe there are just too many of us thinking Oklahoma has shot...making it okay for Vegas, but easy money for the sharps.

Wish I was more optimistic right now...and seeing you question it makes me less excited.

alt... i noticed early on there was somewhat of a bias towards the Big 12 in your early predictions, at least in the higher profile games, so was keeping an eye on how it played out... i had lots of hedges on Ohio St to make sure i didn't get burned in that game...

Placin... i don't really agree that Florida is just easy money... i am on Florida, for some pretty good-sized money, but i'm not feeling like it is in the bag... however, it does seem like the way things have played out, Oklahoma doesn't look so good in hindsight, after seeing Tx Tech and Ok St lay eggs, and Texas struggle to beat Ohio St... meanwhile, Ol Miss waxed Tx Tech...

but realistically, it doesn't always work out that simply... just thought i'd give you a little hope to fall back on... still think Florida will win by 10+...

Flor/Okie will play-out just like Tex-OSU last night.  Tressell wanted to keep it down just like Urban will.  like Mack B, Stoopes wants to get into a shoot-out and knows thats his only shot.  don't think Mayer wants to play shoot-out and get into the upper 30's. he'd rather rely on his better defense. mark my words, OKIE kicking game and special teams will kill them as they are not nearly what other top teams have. ICE i don't think T-Tech and OkSt laid eggs they just have shit defenses and it showed.  Texas D wasn't that good last night either, maybe Big 12 offenses so good cuz their D's suck.  i loved Bucks last night because of defense match-up but think FLor wins convincingly for same reason.

after further review i'm still on oklahoma, i really looked deep into this game and maybe flo-rida wins but not by more then 1, the OU moneyline is out the question and i think imma switch to the under but i can't turn my back on my pick now, but that game is thursday, will get into that more later
 
after further review, for tonights game, if this was a nfl regular season game i would bet on a tie ball game for sure, but its college football and there has to be a clear cut winner, i tried hard as i could to find a difference between these 2 teams to see if one would have a edge over another and i found nothin, absolutely nadda, dead even, i got it going 33-33 and the winner being decided in overtime, so with that said i think u good with the points weather u got it early with tulsa or getting it now with ball st cuz this thing might get decided by a single point in ot

i am looking at it very hard myself.  the more and more i think about it, i like oklahoma.  i can't shake it..but i do.  maybe cause i have a huge bet on them already.  lol
 
the under though.  hmmm...i like the over.  i honestly think if bama can throw the ball deep on florida like that...then oklahoma will eat them up with the long-ball.  if florida wants to win, they will have to score, because oklahoma will score a lot.
 
i don't know why people think it will be just like last night.  i disagree...i think it will be usc / penn state style with a little more points.

i got 3 different scores for 3 different senerios, 51-32 OU, in a shoot out, 34-33 Fla in a good balance game, +3 points would cover of course, a 24-17 defensive game in favor of flo-rida cuz of the better d, but i can't see a low scoring game.  i'm supprised you took OU so early, figured u wait til game time knowing the line would move in OU favor as its doing now with it being up to 4

Well, honestly...b/c I had such faith in Texas (and hate OSU) and I believe Oklahoma will surprise the country...I felt that a huge Texas win might drop the line down.  My book had it at +4 already, so I bought into it.  I really thought it would go to +3.5 or less if Texas scourched OSU.

What I didn't figure was that the Big 12 would be completely over-rated and the entire world was jumping on Florida...which would give me a far more favorable line.  Doh.

Sorry about the multi-post disaster.  I asked the MODS to clean it up.

As for your scenarios...scenario 1 and 2 are more likely.  There will be no defensive stand-off in this game.  I don't think it's possible.
