Really like the Under in the 1st half here and game in this one.
Indiana returns 9 starters on defense and I expect both teams to struggle to move the ball constantl and convert on 3rd downs.
Tom Allen is a defensive minded coach, but I think the Hoosiers will be able to slow down Barrett and the offense at least for the first half. Barrett is back, but he has a number of unproven WR's to work with. One strength is the running game which will help churn the clock and shorten the game.
Indiana will try to keep the ball and the OSU offense off the field, The experienced 5th year senior will help limit turnovers which killed IU last year. On the other side, Ohio state will have one of the best defense lines in the country. The secondary is a little young but the best aide for that is a good pass rush, they will be able to pressure Laglow and disrupt the timing in the passing game..
Indiana knows they can't get into a shootout with OSU, they will have no chance. They will move the ball methodically and rely on the defense to keep them in this game. The public has also been pounding the Over on this game since the line came out. It opened at 52 and is now up to 57 with 76% of wagers coming in on the over, I am going to wait to mid-late afternoon to see if it raises a little more, but 57 is more than enough points here. I see a 31-17 game - OSU wins
Will wait until tomorrow to see if I can get 57.5/58, BOL guys... CFB is back!!!
Anyone else like the under here?

I played under 30.5 1st H as well. I'm a big Buckeyes supporter and follow the team closely. Ohio State should be loaded on both sides of the ball this season, but I think there is some value in the under tonight. Mike Weber isnt 100% so I look for JK Dobbins to get a lot of carries. Indiana always plays the Buckeyes tough and I look for them to hang around and keep it close for awhile tonight. I think this favors the under, they don't want to get in a shoot out with the Buckeyes. Excited to see what new OC and ex Indiana HC, Kevin Wilson, has up is sleeve this season. I expect the Buckeyes to start slow and run the football. Best of luck to all the covers community this fall/winter.

I agree !! Also think everyone will be like "Ohio st Avgs 50pts a game bla bla bla ... over is a lock "
Give me the under !!!!
5 Free points essentially from Vegas as the line has moved 5 points, This will be the best Defense Indiana has had ever (doesn't say alot I know) but the back 7 is very strong, expect alot of QB draws with Barrett to start the game, GL to us

I like the Under 30.5 FH almost more than the game honestly. GL this year to you and your Buckeyes

Indiana has covered last 6 because they were getting 27 plus points a game... W-L 0-6. Now its 21.5 and Indy's coach has jumped ship to be o coordinator at Ohio st. He's not the head coach, but he still has Indy's playbook in his back pocket! Can't bet Indy.

Why is the first half total so high? 30.5 should suggest a game total of 61 or higher but it's not...it's at 57.5 or so.
It will get bet down no doubt.
Good Luck
I thought the same thing last night so I checked and it seems like the books have higher totals for the first half and are not split evenly for the game. Minnesota and buffalo is 26.5 and the game is even at 50. OK States first half total is at 37.5 and the game is 70.5..
