Can Okla n Florida still put up 72 pts. tomorrow with all the best Fla. receivers out for this game ? It’s the last leg of a big parlay for Me and the lines dropped 3.5 points because of all the opting out and COVID! Will cost ALOT to buy 3.5 points to hedge

yes they can.. anyone that watches Florida play for years knows that it's mullens system that makes the product, while the talent helps trask hits 9 and even more different targets a game.. You KNOW Grantham is giving up at LEAST 35 in the game. Florida has a lot of young talent for trask to throw the ball too, but again, it's the system they run that gets these guys schemed wide open all the time.

@MemyselfI I WOULD LEAN UNDER MYSELF BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT FL YOU WILL GET! IM TAKING OKLAHOMA -3 BUYING THE EXTRA POINT
As a massive Gator, I agree with this. IF Trask has time to throw, he'll pick them apart even without his #1's... Also, I wouldn't be too surprised to see Dan mix in a lot more Emory Jones and let him sling it instead of just running the rock. Getting ready for next yr.

Florida's top 4 receivers are out. I mean how do you come back from that. I guess they'll throw to receivers 5-9, whoever they are against a hot Oklahoma team. lol
The game is at Jerry's stadium in Arlington. Oklahoma is familiar with it. Florida is traveling.

I'm on Oklahoma -4.

I don't think people watch Florida play enough to understand they have talent all over the place with pass catchers, and the scheme they run is plug and play like it's always been for Meyer and Mullen offenses.. These guys not playing isn't just going to render Trask useless the way im reading in here. Go look at Gators roster and the size and ability of guys like Shorter, Gamble, whittimore, henderson, and every one of the RB's that play are weapons used frequently out of the backfield. If Florida doesn't cover its going to be because of the same reason they've lost every game, that pathetic grantham disaster posing as a "defense".

@jwheels86 Understood but we're talking the top 4 guys in the same position this isn't a backup situation. This is receivers 5 to 8.
look at the top 5 pass catchers Florida lost last season.. Im a Gator fan, im well versed in Meyer and Mullen offensive systems. There are 4 guys playing in the NFL right now that were the top pass catchers for Trask last year.. It's the system, not all talent.

I hear ya about the system. that said, who's the tight end with Pitts out, AP First Team All-American? How do they replace Toney, who Saban said you can't game-plan for? Grimes and Copeland out?
Drop in talent, we'll see if the system makes up for it.

There's no reason to bet Florida in this game even if all the guys played, because of the defense.. That's the entire point here, unless it's at 7 or higher I wouldn't even think of touching Florida, but I would never lay points with OU either. This just isn't a good value game unless you were already on OU +3 in the last few weeks. The team that loses the SEC Championship damn near always gets beat in the bowl game

Mullen schemes Emory in 10-15 plays per game. This game will get ugly early and Mullen will take care of Trask limiting any injury risk. Bottom line is Fla can’t run and OK is going to be sending the house on Trask. Ok -10 is honestly safe the more I look into this game.
