So where do the plays stand so far?

Syracuse lost by 3 to Clemson. Had a chance to win it on the game ending drive with the ball at the Clemson 31 3rd and 1.

California tie with Oregon 17-17 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter. 

San Jose tied with San Diego 6-6 14 minutes left in the 4th quarter.

Guys, all these dogs have a shot. At least 7 dogs on the card are gonna win. Easily 10.

Agreed. I am playing quite a few dogs this week, although sticking with ATS rather than ML.

You’ll hit one of these and it’ll be a fat payday. 

3 or 4 weeks ago, been picking 8 team dog ml round robin.  Of just 4 team combos, 1 dollar a bet - 70 bucks total.  6 teams ended coming in and that got me over a 1k.  Saved my butt that week.  I love the damn things but they hardly ever come in.  

End of Friday Update:

Syracuse +540 . Lost by 3.

San Jose St +290. Lost by 3.

California +440. Lost by 7.

Moral of the story: These are fantastic odds for close games. Hope you are piling the $$ on tomorrow's games as some of these games are gonna fall in the favor of the dog. Took my $300 ATS winnings from tonight and re-invested half right back in tomorrow's ML games. 

I get it. No disrespect. Still liking that Perdue upset.  BOL 

Purdue is my favorite bet. I try to bet evenly across all my teams, but I just love +430 in a game that should be decided by a field goal. If I had a house, I'd mortgage it here and  play the money. However, if Purdue wins, I can buy a house and then mortgage it for a bet next week.

Mid-Day Underdog Update

Some tough beats this morning, with Ohio losing 27-26 and S. Florida losing 32-31. But we have three wins!

Oklahoma St WIN

LSU WIN

Auburn WIN

Let the afternoon get us 3 more. 

And the evening 3 more.

UNDERDOGS are KILLING IT at the spread. I'm 9-1 ATS so far. Let's go!

7pm Evening Update

Dogs are 5-15 ML so far, with nice wins from Auburn, LSU, Purdue, Central Michigan, and Oklahoma St. 

7 games left. Need at least two underdog ML wins to get paid $$$. 

ATS much better: 18 - 5 for the weekend so for. 10 bets left for the night, a few on the tail end of parlays for a couple grand. BOL to all. 

After close losses in my Clemson, Miami, and UCLA game, my underdog plays mostly failed. I hit for the home run and came up short.

My ATS plays are my only hope:

If Ole Mis holds out for 54 seconds, I have my ATS parlay with Hawaii as the last play +13.5 for 5 grand. My biggest play ever. Fingers crossed, along with anyone else on Hawaii.

More breakdown to come later with my thoughts on the underdogs this weekend. For sure, an Oklahoma St, Auburn, LSU, Purdue, Central Michigan, UTEP parlay would have been nice. 

But dang, what a great weekend ATS. I might re-evaluate my priorities.

 yeah a few of these dogs got blown out. but man, we had a ton of close games and a few wins.

if Hawaii could get it's act together then this weekend will pull through. Fingers crossed!

 Please tell me you decided to hedge against Hawaii +13.5 so you don’t risk that huge payout and we’re able to sit back, relax, and watch the game or go to bed. This is going to be close ATS…

 no i didn't hedge. it isn't so much money that it's a big deal. +$5000 / +$0 versus hedge and +$2400 win or lose. It's okay, I'll catch another one. Obviously in hind site I should of hedged. But I am actually 2/3 winning the Hawaii late night game parlays with that loss. So it will work out in the end. The thing is, I liked the bet. The ATS was a good bet. Can't predict 4 interceptions or whatever that large number was. It was a good bet so I can hold my head high. There will be another bet I don't hedge and win, and in the end I'll come out ahead.

 Fair enough. You’ll get the next one. If I make it to last leg of a big parlay, I like to hedge a small amount with a little extra cushion (so if final leg is -7, I might hedge with +10 on the other team) so I can sit back and enjoy. Either:

1. Parlay hits and I’m ecstatic;

2. Hedge hits and I’m not sad; or

3. The middle hits and I’m over the moon!!
