Will problabbly be with you on this one Freak, this line is too good to pass up. Still working on the final card and I'm hoping to post it before I go to work Sat. morn.
I didn't see if you were on FSU. Any thoughts? I see Ponder having a field day with that secondary.

I'm of the opinion that no team is as bad or as good as they looked in their previous game, so I'm not ready to write Oklahoma off yet. I will agree that the secondary situation looks bleak for the Sooners. I mean is the secondary really going to learn how to cover receivers between week 1 and 2?
My play is based more on the fact that I'm very bullish on the Seminoles. That team has a ton of talent in their own right, I have great respect for Jimbo Fisher, and now that Mickey Andrews has been sent packing, I'm hoping maybe they'll be able to stop someone this season.
BOL this weekend bro!!!

My dad was engaged to Bear's daughter,Mary, until he met my mom.My dad played ball for Coach Bryant at A&M and yes was a survivor of the "Junction" camp with Coach Stallings. My dad was fron Lafayette,La and my mom from New Orleans. My mom was a Rosato and her father i.e my grandfather, was, at the time of her youth( late1930's,40's and 50's ) one of the biggest books in the SE US. Anyway Caoch Bryant and my Dad remained close eveb after he jilted his daughter, and Coach bryant would every year during the late 60's and thru out the 7o's join my family at the Fairgrounds racetrack in NO every New Year's day. If one remembers bak then the Sugar Bowl was always played on New Yeras Eve,thus Coach Bryant whtehr he was winning a Nat'l title or not or losing to ND in the Sugar Bowl would be at our table at the track. He was quite an awnery man from the eyes of an 6,7,8,9-13 yr old,but by the 8th race he would be so smashed on JD that it did not matter. In the mid 70's we actually moved to ALA onto a golf course and Coach Bryant would come to our house to play golf before that area of AL's booster club(The Red Elephant Club) would have Coach Bryant as thier guest. One yer he got so smashed on the course he got lost and was an hour late for the gig. My dad ,brother andI had to fan out on golf carts to go help him fid his way back,as it was(still is) a sprwaling wooded, swampy 36 hole course, that could actully gotten a sober person somewhat disoriented).
My dad was an usher at his funeral.
Roll Tide and Gig 'em,Aggies!!!
Yeah, wow good story

Don't think Mickey Andrews was terrible. Afterall, he was their coordinator in their hayday. His problem is his unwillingess to adapt to changing times and changing personel. You can't just play man on everyone, especially when you don't have the personel. It was time for a change, and that change will be good for the Seminoles IMO.

Well look at it this way. With Ingram Bama has the best RB tandum in the country with Ingram and Richardson. Without Ingram Bama still has the best RB tandum in the country with Richardson and Lacy.

Yes they are. They are very fast.

People that have been following me on Covers for a while know I've only misfired on one Bama game in like the last 3 or 4 years (last year's Auburn game) which makes my record something like 263412634768 & 1.
I always get these questions about lines looking fishy, or about this line movement or that line movement. Obviously I have no control over the lines so I really can't answer those kind of questions intelligently. All I can do is be confident in my ability to guage the mood of the team, factor what I know about the game plan versus what I know about the capabilities of the opposing team. The formula has made me a lot of money thus far, and with the max bet I have on this game, I hope the trend will continue.
I will add one more thing. Bama is an easy team to bet on because they are a very consistent product from week-to-week. They don't win by 6 touchdows one week, then lose by three the next. These are exactly the kind of teams you want to bet on. I sure wouldn't be betting 10 units on Florida Atlantic no matter how much I liked them in a given game.

Only team faster than Bama in the SEC is Florida, and next year they may not be either. The team behind Bama is not very close.

Speed has been Saban's primary objective in the last two recruiting classes.
1. Corey Grant ~ 4.29 handtimed, ~ 4.36 electronic - Had 1.5 yards on Solomon Patton and DeMarcus Milliner by the 40 yard mark in the 2009 6A State 100 finals). Explosive athlete.
2. Bradley Sylve ~ 4.31 handtimed, ~ 4.38 electronic (PR is really ~ 10.6 as the 10.35 is a hand-time. His 6.31 in the 55m dash is blazing)
3. DeAndrew White ~ 4.34 handtimed, ~ 4.41 electronic (There is a current 2011 prospect, Sheroid Evans [#2 Safety on TOS] that has handled DeAndrew in the 200 meter dash this year on at least 2 occasions. Remember DeAndrew is the defending Texas AAAAA (largest class) State Champion in the 200m dash. Evans has the 3rd fastest time in the nation in the 100m and the fastest in the nation at 200m)
4. DeMarcus Milliner ~ 4.35 handtimed, 4.42 electronic
5. Deion. Belue ~ 4.38 handtimed, ~ 4.45 electronic
6. Kenny Bell ~ 4.39 handtimed, ~ 4.46 electronic
7. Marquis Maze ~ 4.39 handtimed, ~ 4.46 electronic
8. Blake Sims ~ 4.40 handtimed, ~ 4.47 electronic
