Not near as good, but better !
Agree with you that it will be much improved and even more dangerous for LSU and Alabama.Yes, i will be watching.
And I didn't know the SEC could handle every athlete except "freak" ones. That's not fair !

It is laughable. It's funny how they all agree to do this kind of scheduling. The ADs agree not to schedule a game without the consent of other schools. If they did schedule opponents west of the mississippi it would be vetoed by a few schools that are benefiting recruitment wise from the mystique/ image they have built.
I do think Alabama and LSU are great teams that are well coached and hard to beat because of their defending. But EVERYONE else is very beatable for any decent team from any conference.PARITY begins after those two.

I love SEC haters... it's a lot like penis envy....
Name just one credible football analyst who doesn't think the SEC is the strongest conference in football.
And before you start throwing around that ridiculous statement about playing creampuffs; You need to look at all the conferences schedules, you will find creampuffs, just with different teams that are more regionally located.
BTW, what conference do you think is the strongest? Why don't you call the AD's at those schools and ASK THEM TO SCHEDULE AN SEC TEAM EVERY YEAR ( Preferably in November).... when the laughing subsides you will probably hear a click then a dial tone. The SEC tries to schedule quality programs and does a pretty good job actually. but NOBODY wants an out of conference SEC team on its schedule in Novermber. NOBODY.

The SEC has won the last 6 BCS championships and have more wins that all the other conferences COMBINED.
The SEC currently has 6 of the top 9 teams in the BCS ratings in mid November.
Yeah, clearly a joke of a conference.

Yup and the only teams ahead of them are the 3 undefeated teams.
Im wondering if Oregon, Notre Dame, and Kansas State were to lose would the SEC have the top 6 ranked teams?
Not sure but there would definately be an all SEC title game again...

BTW shiek..... that was a very good point and well stated..... and let me assure you, the SEC supports a playoff system, AS LONG AS, team selection is legitimate and would allow for more than one or two SEC teams to participate IF THEIR RANKINGS support it........
You think there is SEC hate now, wait until 3-4 out of 8 teams are SEC teams..... and that could happen........ unless the SYSTEM legislates a limit of 2 per conference... if you want open and fair playoff system, you can not say that there has to be at least one per major conference or no more than 2 per major conference...IT WOULD BE THE BEST 8 TEAMS EVEN IF ALL FROM SAME CONFERENCE... but we all know that the system will be designed to REQUIRE teams from all major conferences to be included... so then you just get a playoff system with BIAS.... Either you want the best 8 playing or you dont..... we all know that wont happen.... Its like ACC and Big East in basketball, the 2, 3, 4th place teams would destroy most conference champions.... now they can have a 64 team playoff, Thank God...... but you know the NCAA could never let that happen....
Be careful what you wish for.....
And bottom line, at the end of the day, we ALL just want to see the best teams in a legitimate playoff system
