First thing, if this game were 6 weeks from now, I would probably take Ole Miss, only because Snead would be in "mid-season form". Also, with 4-5 SEC games under their belt, that offensive lineman that replaced Oher would have time to get his feet went and help protect Snead. Losing Oher in the first round to the Ravens I think is their biggest loss, personally.
I also think that Ole Miss playing cupcakes (which is not the fault of current players or coaches) their first two games in Memphis and Southeastern LA has not prepared them to play on the road in such a hostile environment on national TV on a Thursday night. I watched the entire game against Memphis, and if they were playing a team with ANY type of QB that Saturday, they would have lost. Playing Memphis is not a test; neither is Southeastern Louisiana.
As for defense, Jeria Perry was a run stuffer and also drew double teams which freed up Greg Hardy (who IMO will be a good pro if he can stay healthy). This year he isn't there (drafted by Falcons), and the double teams (if any) will be against Hardy himself. That is, if he can play consistently, because he's been injured all year (in and out of game against Memphis while not playing against SE La).
Also, people comparing offensive and defensive stats this year between UM and SC are looking at stats that don't matter. Ole Miss has played Memphis and SE La while SC has played NC St. and Georgia (not looking at the game they played last weekend against FL Atl). Those are two sets of opponents at different ends of the quality opponent spectrum. I think SC stats would look better against UM's if the opponents were switched.
I think this will be a great game to watch, but I am not sold on Ole Miss because I think they are a top 25 team, but in no way a top 5. I also think Snead has came nowhere close to living up to the preseason hype.
At the same time, there's not a snowball's chance in hell I would put my money on Garcia.
So, good luck to all on their bets. I'll just sit back and watch this one.

A couple of points I would like to make.

For all you people touting how good the Ole Miss players are and how good they have been.....
Of course Ole Miss is the FAR FAR more talented team. No one is saying that they don't have tons of playmakers and a few 1st rounders. If I recall, wasn't USC the far more talented team when they went to Corvallis last year? Remember all those 1st rounders and NFL players that USC had last year. What happened? They were favored, everybody in America loaded up on them, and they lost. Same siituation here. Everybody is betting on Ole Miss. Check the trends on any sportsbook and you'll see that 85 to 90% of the money is on the Rebs.
And please please don't forget the Houston Nutt factor. His teams always look great against top opponents, but he always chokes away games where he has the better team that is supposed to win. That's what got him run out of town in Ark.
