TD, That Harvard game was the 1st Ivy League I've seen in awhile. I jumped on Harvard when it hit +7.5. My displeasure with that level of football ... I have no words. The Ivy has fallen on hard times for some reason? Scholarships? They never had true scholarships.
I found 17 FCS games I like this week and , yes,
1 of them is a Ivy game but after Yale -4.5 covers, I'm done with that league.
Yeh, 17 FCS games brings the juice into play but I like all of them so plan to win some money. A dicey proposition on my part but just gotta play them the way you see them. Also have 8 unders I'm parlaying in different ways. Very unpreceded to play that many FCS.
Got the same GOY of Mizz. -16.5. Looks like @ Mizz. has to play their best game to get that result. Maybe. I will watch this one to get a feel on 2nd half play. Who knows, maybe we can turn this hideous bet into a double win?

Another semi-frustrating weekend.... I haven't had the time to adequately do this for about 4 weeks now and it shows. Not sure I would really change much, but I know I can do better with adequate preparation. Soccer for the two boys just finished yesterday and no more weddings or guests in town for the remaining of the season. Hopefully will improve and finish strong. Being a family man and trying to do this 'correctly' is tough.
Yesterday I hit my largest FBS play (Notre Dame) and largest FCS play (NDSU/WIU Total), but the finishes in the two MAC games really hurt. I watch these on espn3. Both games had a 'running out the clock' touchdown. Instead of 3-0 on plays in these games, I went 0-2-1. Ohio U. clearly not trying to score again at the end of the game.... Instead of putting the field goal unit on the field late for more points, they decide to go for it on 4th & 1. If the RB gets tackled anywhere in the field of play they take a knee 3 straight times and the game is over (stays Under 46). Instead the RB breaks through for the touchdown run. Same thing in the NIU game -- NIU scored a meaningless touchdown with 50 seconds left in the game. BGSU couldn't get a 3rd down run stop when they knew the run was coming. Even a FG attempt there would have won both of my bets (full game teaser & 2nd half total). So, pretty thin line this time of year between winning 2.5u and losing 0.65u.
Small stuff brought down the win %, but I can live with 'only' -0.65u when I fell for plays like BYU & Tulsa. Ugly games there, wow.
On to week 9......
