This is what you have to deal with when you lay 8 instead of 7. I knew the danger involved. Been there done that many times. Penn State had several chances to put that game away and blew every chance. And with a spread like 8, your ticket will burn in your hand when your team fails numerous times to do so. Would have loved to do a moneyline parlay but I did not have another game with enough odds to get me to even money. Even at that, the spread was still very good, just not quite good enough.
I already have started capping next week's games and I definitely see potential.
