you have to welcome an opponent to your conference with a beatdown no way can you let a newcomer win their first game doesnt matter if youre on the road

He knows they control the line of scrimmage on defense so no rush. This start reminds me of Michigan-USC game....Wolverines imposed their will most of the game

There ya go....very GEORGIA LIKE.....just control the game and wait for opportunity
Jackson Arnold can't handle pressure....or maybe we find out later he can??

Sooners really miss Dillon Gabriel
Arnold needs to sit a year….lights were too bright for the kid.
Heupal really conservative approach with Nico who looked comfortable.
Tenn D maybe ready for Big Brother

Is it? Oklahoma QB did his best job to throw the game. OU’s defense is just as good if not better. If he pitches the ball instead of trying to be a hero running into the DT’s, they probably score a TD there. Then the throw was a bad call on first down. Take the fucking ball out of his hands. Then they are in the 1 foot line and run shotgun, multiple times on two different possessions. If you can’t get one foot behind center, you don’t deserve to win and OU didn’t. A better coached team will beat Tennessee.

I agree OU beat themselves could have easily covered. Three costly takeaways and the safety didn't help. Tennessee will be in trouble when they play a good offense and don't get those breaks. For how bad they played I gotta give the Sooner D credit for holding that offense to 25 points.

I agree a lot of it was on OU giving the ball up and piss poor execution. The Tenn D was in control and Heupel knew that so he called a conservative game. If OU was scoring, he lets Nico loose and when he did let it fly he often connected. Nico looked good, he often holds the ball a bit too long but other than that he looked comfortable in the offense. Heupel has a defense that he can lean on and work Nico into the game and take him off the leash when he has too. If the Kentucky D can give Georgia problems then the Tenn D can as well.
