I had started a thread last week, but thought I'd put up another new post since it's game day, and this latest post is longer. This is a x5 the normal bet POUNDER for me on Bison -13.5.
Here are some additional facts of interest for anyone looking at this game:
1) Line has now moved to NDSU Bison -14, which I anticipated and was one of the reason I started the thread so that those who like the Bison could get in at under 2 TDs.
2) At last night's Bison Pep Fest in Frisco, Tx there were 10,000 Bison fans. And that was at a Pep Rally! There were also 200 former Bison players there, and they spent time on the field with the team. As for the game, between 17,000 - 18,000 Bison fans expected. As moosehunter pointed out, this is like a home game. As I mentioned, the stadium only seats 20,000, so it'll be almost full capacity Herd backers. All the energy is going to be for NDSU. If Towson is to have any shot, they will have to take the crowd out early, which I just don't see happening.
3) The Bison have 26 seniors on the squad, all making their 3rd straight trip to Frisco.
4) I would love to get a 1H line on this game, but don't expect to. I'm just glad I was able to get a full game line a week in advance at -13.5. The last few FCS games, my book has offered no 1H or 2H lines on the FCS playoffs. I've got so much jack on this game now, even if they put up a 1H line I would take on no additional risk.

This Bison team is fun to watch, and just hoping they don't get complacent. I can't see them playing down to Towson. The biggest threat to my bet is that Towson, the #7 seed, has nothing to lose playing the #1 seeded reigning Champion (x 2 years) North Dakota State Bison. With so many seniors playing their last game for the Bison, I don't see this happening. How great would it be to go out with 3 straight FCS Titles? Also, I think they want to reward a fan base that drove 1100 miles to fill the stadium.
